Telecommunications Engineer with comprehensive training in telecommunications, electronics, and management systems, which allow me to solve problems, design solutions and create new models or communications systems that requires the sector through its different types of companies or associations. With sufficient scientific basis to manage, support, design and develop telecommunications systems, and to facilitate the integration of information technology and communication in the different sectors of the country to make them more competitive in the knowledge society.
