ABSTRACT
Las tecnologías móviles se han convertido en una vía más para romper el
modelo tradicional de intermediación institucional del ciudadano con las
políticas públicas, que ahora amplía su capacidad para intervenir y
hackear el gobierno para crear soluciones colectivas fuera de los circuitos
tradicionales. En este nuevo escenario surge la posibilidad de dar una
orientación ciudadana al discurso predominante del papel de la tecnología
en la ciudad.

personas del mundo del desarrollo de aplicaciones pero y el de las personas
que puedan aportar claves de diseño y de experiencia de usuario y personas
más relacionadas con la promoción de la sostenibilidad y el trabajo
comunitario.
