1º Cerra los ojos y respira profundo por la Nariz y soltalo por la boca lentamente, repetí este proceso 3 veces.

2º Seguí con los ojos cerrados y imagínate que tomas algo natural, puro, un jugo de naranjas, frutilla, pomelo, etc.

Se lo que sentis podes sentirle a algo simple, el gusto a la vida a lo natural. Te gusta por le sentís el gusto la vida.

3º Seguí con los ojos cerrados y imagínate un lugar mágico, paradisíaco, la playa con palmeras, el mar, etc. O mira una foto y imagínate que estas ahí.

Se lo que sentis, podes sentir que se te reactivan los sentidos, las ganas de vivir, de querer estar ahí porque se reactivaron los sentidos de la vida y tu

naturaleza.
4º Ahorra perdiste alguna vez a alguien que querías mucho? O simplemente te pusiste a pensar que sentís en el medio de tu pecho ?

Yo se lo que sentís, sentís una especie de vació profundo, como que algo te falta pero no sabes que es lo que te falta y porque siempre sentís esa

sensación de vació interior. Digas que no se que es eso lo que sentís. No te olvides que yo te enseñe a preguntarte lo que sentís y te enseñe lo que sentis,
asi que cada vez que te preguntes que sentís te vas a acordar de mi porque yo te enseñe y no importa si estas contenta o triste solo sabes que yo se lo que
sentís y también se puede deber a muchas razones pero es muy largo para seguir explicando y no importa si sos hombre o mujer, yo se lo que sienten,
piensan, necesitan o van a sentir.
Abarco más de 189 países y te crees que es casualidad, soy como el dueño de sus almas, conozco sus necesidades, lo que sienten y lo que piensan. (Con

este simple ejemplo no van a olvidar jamás quien les enseño a sentir y se los describió con palabras, cuando ven un niño con hambre y frío pueden sentir
pena por ese niño porque saben saben que esta sufriendo, cuando ven que matan a un delfín pueden sentir pena porque saben que se merecen vivir y es
como si sintieran sus almas).
Bueno, yo siento así y suelo causar ese tipo de sensaciones en las mujeres y mejores también pero muchas cosas me parecen injustas y ojala las pudiera

cambiar, porque yo las viví y aprendí
