    JV- Partner/Regional Director and Executive Mentor, Hudson Valley Center for Innovation, Inc. (HVCFI) – Identify
     and mentor emerging early stage alternative renewable energy and Information Technology focused
     companies on growth initiatives, intellectual properties and accelerated global commercialization as well as
     prepare grants and Angel Investor presentations for this not-for-profit organization.
    Vice President, Operations, Champion Rescue Tools/Patton Hydraulics, Inc. – Led and successfully delivered
     multi-million dollar standardization/compliance project for international client who purchases highly customized
     and specialized hydraulic cutting tools for service and dismantling of critical nuclear powered facilities.
    JV- Vice President – Sales, Cowan Financial Group, New York, NY – Sold financial and insurance products of
     Mass Mutual and competitors under Primesource. Set up additional JVs with prestigious NYC multi-partner
     Manhattan accounting firms serving corporations and high net worth individuals. These value-added services
     retained and attracted new clients.
    Interim General Manager, Scott Printing Corporation – Retained to manage NY sales office, operating facility
     and overseeing working groups of investment bankers, law firms and Fortune 500 companies working on multi-
     million dollar deals. Regained $3.5M in lost and new client sales, increased product turnaround by 35% and
     profit margins by 20%. Performed disaster recovery of business that was one block away from WTC during 9/11.

A division of the world’s Sixth largest advertising conglomerate ($3B+ in annual sales). Data Communiqué is a technology provider of
content management solutions and communication processes for the financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare and insurance
industries and Fortune companies.
CO-FOUNDER/PARTNER/COO AND EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Recruited to participate in turnaround and rebranding of Metro Seliger Industries in face of non-existent profitability,
no direction and plummeting client base. Merged three distinctive businesses into one highly profitable entity to
benefit from economies of scale and combined product offerings. Participated in two acquisitions and led post-
merger integration. Contributed to sales and marketing management and improved overall operations. Reported
to vice chairman of Havas International, Paris, France.
   Grew revenues and profitable sales to over $25M by developing and implementing new business model and
    boosted operating profits 22%.
   Acquired $10M New York-based financial printing company with major accounts in the mutual fund industry

International financial and commercial printing and communications company with $52M in annual revenues.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/COO
Hired to complete post-merger integration with regional manufacturing facility of Prudential Insurance and update
methodologies. This acquisition had tripled size of Scott Printing ($52M in annual revenues).
Managed sales office (New York and satellites), main production facility of 250,000 square feet (New Jersey) and in-
house facility management programs at Prudential Insurance Company. Oversaw 250+ employees. Built
relationships with investment banks that included Citigroup, Goldman Saks, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, as
well as Fortune companies, accounting and law firms. Reported to chairman of board and president.
   Created successful multi-year business plan that increased sales, reduced real estate holdings, created
    economies of scale yielding 17% additional profitability.
   Created JV’s domestically & globally. Added $2.2M in sales by creating facilities management programs.
   Managed three bargaining units and negotiated contracts that reduced operating costs by 11%.

fortune 100 through 1,000 corporations, law firms, investment banks and mutual fund groups worldwide.
FOUNDER/PRESIDENT/CEO – BOWNE BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS
Built company (BBC) whose sole purpose was to create financial and commercial products and services that
complimented and had synergy to Bowne’s core business from the ground up. As founder/CEO of this new start-up
division, created joint sales ventures to partner with all Bowne divisions domestically as well as “cutting-edge”
technological communication companies globally. Successfully closed hundreds of “Mega Deals” working 24/7,
with investment banks, fortune companies, law and accounting firms. Spearheaded acquisition of three
competitors and two under producing sister divisions as well as key sales representatives, manufacturing talent and

CO-FOUNDER/PARTNER/COO AND EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT Recruited to participate in turnaround and rebranding of Metro Seliger Industries in face of non-existent profitability, no direction and plummeting client base.
