We ran a survey to see what really mattered most to brands There were no surprises in the list of must haves – they needed to know: The actual number of unique visitors clicking on the ads How many people went on to land on the site and take specific actions – ie conversions. BUT, the big finding was the confidence people had in the accuracy of their data Less than 25% had confidence in their data Yet data integrity was key This mirrors the traditional web – Forrester recently found that accuracy of data was the number one factor Although confidence was not that low – which given mobile has better identity is a surprise.
