¿Qué son?
Son guías para diagnosticar el origen de problemas o fallas y
sugerir soluciones. Suene aparecer al final de los manuales de
instrucciones.
Suelen incluir una serie de preguntas de respuesta afirmativa o
negativa. Para cualquiera de las respuestas, se incluyen
consejos o sugerencias. También es común que sigan el
formato de un diagrama de flujo. Otro formato común consiste
en una descripción del problema, una explicación de la causa,
y una sugerencia para solucionarlo.

Como siempre, busquen en el diccionario las que sean nuevas y
agréguenlas en su diccionario personal.
7. Condiciones
Los Manuales de instrucciones y las Guías de resolución de
problemas recurren a menudo a oraciones condicionales. En
las guías de resolución de problemas, aunque se use el
formato de diagrama de flujo, preguntas y respuestas y
problema/causa/solución, suele haber condiciones implícitas.
Ejemplos:
If you are using the AC adapter, be sure it isunplugged.
The rechargeable battery will be fully discharged in about three
months if you do not use the camcorder at all.
Condición implícita: If the voltage to the controller is low, measure
the voltage and adjust to 5.00v.
8. Condiciones – Combinaciones de
