En la escritura del legado del difunto Luis Septien no existe ninguna mención del Lic. FRANCISCO YSITA DEL HOYO ni tampoco del Lic. JORGE VILLATORO. Como testimonio ahi esta la escritura de su legado se hace mención al difunto Fernando Ysita Septien como albacea de la sucesión de Luis Septien, más no propietario de la fundación. Claramente se especifica que al fallecimiento de este pasara en primer lugar a la Arquidiocesis de Mexico sino a la Beneficencia Publica o la Cruz Roja, lo cual no sucedió. Francisco Ysita del Hoyo estas lucreando con bienes que no son de tu propiedad. No abuses con supuestas ayuda comunitaria ya basta. Has logrado todo con tu íntimo amigo Notario Tomas Lozano Molina para utilizar poderes y escrituras apócrifas.

Lactate dehydrogenase converts lactate into pyruvate and has a very important role in carbohydrate metabolism. LDH activity depends on its isozymes and their activities change under pathological conditions. The increase in LDH activity suggests the increased anaerobic conditionsunder the influence of methylparathion to meet the energy demand when the aerobic oxidation is lowered. Following the treatment of methyl parathion there was a differential percentage in increase or decrease of different isozymes in the fish Labeo rohita. There were three distinct bands during the 96h of treatment almost parallel to LDH5 band of human serum suggesting liver damage. This was also confirmed by histopathological studies.

A New Frontier of Criminal Justice System
Today we know that the propensity to crime and violence is not only the effect of morphological, psychological and social factors, as believed Lombroso, Garofalo and Ferri, influential members of the Positive School in Italy. The tendency to crime is the product of many components, also biological and genetic roots. To say this thing is Adrian Raine, an eminent psychiatrist and criminologist English, who seeks to recover and reinterpret Lombroso, but especially opens a whole new frontier: the neurocriminology. The idea was to try the basics of anti-social behavior in the folds of the brain, using neuroscience and high tech, until you get to predict the propensity to crime, crossing genetic parameters, biological, but also social. We are currently faced, therefore, with a dilemma that is not easy to solve. It is impossible to think that man’s actions are completely dominated by the fatality of destiny ˗ and that, therefore, the offender is an irresponsible ˗ but it is no longer possible refer to the good old concept of “free will” and believe that he is a “subject” in a strong sense, completely free to choose between good and evil. The presence in the courts of neuroscientists and the individualization of punitive sanctions: these are now the most urgent problems that arise in the field of criminal law.

Geo-Environmental Study of Kaliasaur Landslide in District Rudraprayag of Gar...
This paper deals with historical and massif landslide of Kaliasaur in district Rudraprayag of Garhwal Himalaya, Uttarakhand. The study area lies between the two districts of Uttarakhand state i.e., Pauri and Rudraprayag, belongs to lesser Himalaya of Garhwal Region. Kaliasaur landslide is located along Srinagar-Badrinath Highway about 15 km upstream of Srinagar at left bank of Alaknanda River. This slide is very important because it is located on NH-58 which is the only connecting road to outer world and affects daily life of the people.The main focus of the paper is to understand the nature of landslide and its causes, and finally with the help of the intensive field observation, the authors suggested treatment and concrete solution of this geo-environmental problem of the study area.
Synthesis And Evaluation of Different Numbers of Phosphonate Group Containing...
Oil fields were seriously affected by the mineral scale formation, mainly calcium deposition. This paper focused on the synthesis and scale prevention of oilfield scaling, especially carbonates scale and sulfate scale. Scale can cause loss of production due to blockages in the near-well formation, in the tubing or in the surface facilities. Phosphonates are widely accepted as the most effective inhibitors for calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate, also are widely used in many water treatment applications. Most good scale inhibitors should work at dosage levels between 5 and 25 ppm on most production systems depending on calcium concentration. The treatment rates can be affected by contaminants which take the scale inhibitor out of solution. Six different compounds of phosphonate containing groups have been synthesized and evaluated for scale inhibition property. Evaluation of synthetic phosphonate compounds as scale inhibitors has been done by using NACE Standard TM-0374-2001. From the results clear that one and two phosphonate group containing compounds do not show any characteristic of prevention of scales of either calcium carbonate or calcium sulphate. The compounds which have phosphonate group three or more show characteristics of prevention of both types of scales.
