1. INSTALACIONES DE VALORIZACIÓN PARA METALES FERROSOS Y NO FERROSOS
Las instalaciones de valorización y reciclaje permiten tratar metales ferrosos y no ferrosos por medio del empleo de si-
stemas para la trituración y separación de los materiales, con el objetivo final de producir material listo para el horno
destinado a las industrias metalúrgicas.
EL PROCESO DE TRASFORMACIÓN Y TRITURACIÓN I.T.R.
El elemento fundamental de las instalaciones de I.T.R. para la recuperación de los metales ferrosos y no ferrosos, es dado
por la capacidad de procesar la recuperación de hierro, perfiles de aluminio, latas y botes, etc., los cuales se pueden em-
plear de nuevo en las fases de fundición a través de la venta del material elaborado.
La línea de trituración de metales ferrosos y no ferrosos I.T.R. incluye:
• Área de carga con aceptación de los materiales
• Línea de trituración con producción hasta 50 Ton/h
• Separación de las varias fracciones metálicas y no
• Aspiración y depuración de polvos procedentes del proceso de trituración y de saneamiento de todos los flujos de aire
Todos los diferentes procesos están conectados entre si a través de cintas transportadoras y sistemas para el transporte
neumático y el almacenaje del material derivado.
