1. INSTALACIONES DE TRASFORMACIÓN PARA NEUMÁTICOS FUERA DE USO
I.T.R. ofrece instalaciones de tratamiento y reciclaje de neumáticos fuera de uso de coches, camiones y vehículos
industriales y especiales, con el objetivo final de producir material acabado o semiacabados destinados a las
industrias de trasformación o de producción de energía.
EL PROCESO DE TRASFORMACIÓN Y TRITURACIÓN I.T.R.
La característica fundamental de las instalaciones I.T.R. es la absoluta modulariedad progresiva, la cual permite,
también en tiempos sucesivos y sin modificación de la instalación existente, ampliar las instalaciones y adecuar-
las a las exigencias futuras del cliente.
El proceso que ofrecemos es esencialmente mecánico y permite obtener óptimas capacidades productivas, con-
trolando los gastos de gestión y de manutención de las máquinas.
El proceso de elaboración se realiza a temperatura ambiente y permite alcanzar materiales en salida con granu-
lación y pulverización con dimensión desde 0 hasta 4 mm, con completa separación metálica y total separación
del tejido interior.
La línea de trituración de neumáticos fuera de uso de I.T.R. incluye diferentes fases de proceso:
• Línea de eliminación de la maya de protección de acero en los neumáticos industriales (Camiones)
