9. Para pasar binario a decimal hay que multiplicar cada dígito (0 o 1) por la potencia de base 2 correspondiente a su posición y realizar la suma total.
10. Para pasar decimal a binario hay que dividirlo sucesivamente entre dos y ordenar los restos de los cocientes en el orden contrario.
