más cercana a la de un lugar de encuentro, un

separada del territorio.

El propósito es recavar información, sobre el

durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX, para con esto
elaborar un documento, que fundamente una tesis
proyectual de magíster.

Se busca comprobar una hipótesis que se
fundamente en la arquitectura, de este modo,
mediante un largo proceso experimentral e
investigativo, se pone a prueba dicha hipótesis.
El resultado formal consta de un mercado de
abastos que recoge una gran tradicion asociada
a las etnias que habitaron el norte de Chile,
heredando un sistema económico de base
agropecuario, que da forma a la ciudad donde se
implanta el proyecto.

El alma del proyecto nace de la necesidad de crear un
espacio dinámico, que alberga un programa de espacio
colaborativo, al tiempo que rescata un edificio existente.
Mediante piezas móviles, diferenciadas por usos, cobra
la capacidad de transformarse bajo el orden de una
temporalidad determinada por el usuario.

It holds a collaborative space program, whereas restores an
old house within the estate. Using movable pieces, assorted
by purpouse, charges the building with the skill of reshape its

El pabellón explota las posibilidades en torno al
acto de comer y desarrolla una arquitectura efímera
para 13 personas, a modo de experimento social.
Deliberadamenteseobvia encontexto,paraasíforzar
las dinámicas en su interior, las cuales se enmarcan en
un entendimiento de la arquitectura bajo 3 conceptos
claves: building, machine y time piece.
// The pavilion explodes the posibilities around eating and
developes an ephemeral architecture for 13 people, as
a social experiment. The context is deliberately obviated
forcing the inner dynamics, wich at the same time are
framed in a 3 concepts architecture: ‘building’, ‘machine’

por el contrario, se constituye como columna
vertebral desde la cual se desprenden las partes
del pabellón en un viaje continuo hacia el punto
culmine del pabellón, la cena.

Práctica Profesional / Professional Internship (Chile)
Valladares & Pagliotti es una oficina que se dedica
al cálculo estructural de obras privadas de Chile
y América, con una fuerte tendencia al diseño de
espacios de gran carácter. Dado que Chile es un país
altamente sísmico, el nivel de desarrollo estructural
que exige la norma, conlleva a una relación muy
estrecha entre ingeniería y arquitectura.

analysis of private buildings in Chile and America,
strongly orientated to design works on great character.

El proyecto consta de una vivienda de veraneo,
con un volumen cercano que sirve como vivienda
de alojados. Ubicado en la localidad de Puertecillo,
en el litoral central de Chile, da cuenta de una
tipología constructiva de la zona, reinterpretada en
un sistema de costillas de hormigón armado, con la
casa construida en madera proveniente del sector.

de expositores en congreso ISE & MWC Barcelona
para sus ediciones 2023. Producto de la escala de
los eventos, la normativa del recinto ferial estipula
la necesidad de cálculos estructurales, visados y
planimetría técnica para la supervisión y aprobación
de cada uno de los distintos proyectos.
Una de las dos oficinas técnicas encargadas de
proveer servicios de rigging, asesoría, ingeniería,
supervisión y montaje es Top Fort.

and approve each of the different projects during the

Urbanos del MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) y

En el se condensan propuestas específicas de intervención
urbana, asociadas a la construcción de la nueva línea de
metro, que ayuden a la regeneración del tejido en el centro
histórico, orientado a un desarrollo económico y cultural a
través de la red de transportes.

Dado que el proyecto considera la remodelación
de un bien inmueble ya existente, el proceso legal es
más fácil de resolver. Para ello se realizan entregas
periódicas supervisadas por un arquitecto municipal,
quiénapruebaorechazaelpermiso,segúnlanormativa.
Este proyecto realizó 5 entregas (con una semana de
plazo entre ellas), para finalmente ser aprobado y

// Since the project considers remodeling an existing
building, the legal process associated is easy to resolve.The
process considers periodicall assignments, supervised by a
municipal architect, whom approves or denies the permit
according to the normative. This project did 5 assignments,
one week each, to finally get the permit and be delivered
to the construction company. The size of the project allows
to prescind calculation specialist, giving the architect the
faculty to make the necessary structure, as long as its
remains within the normative.

Trabajo de digitalización y modelado de edificios
patrimoniales en colaboración para una tesis
magistral de patrimonio. Por medio de un banco
fotográfico y visitas al lugar, se reconstruye y
digitaliza cada uno de los 6 edificios originales de
la maestranza, con el fin de obtener un modelo
de estructura portante para luego intervenir.
