preparation to consumption.
Food manufactures and restaurants are involved in this corruption.
Foods are adulterated by using various chemicals and toxic colors.
This unhygienic and unsafe treatment of food is causing public
health.
Because of this numerous chronic and non chronic diseases are
occurring.
20. Fruits and vegetables are the main source
of nutrition.
People are sacred of buying fruits from market due to
food adulteration.
The newspapers have out and out conferred it as silent
killer.
Farmers use a cocktail of toxic chemicals in their efforts
to fight insect pests and they are not sufficiently aware
of that.
The results also indicate deliberate adulteration of
produce to extend its shelf life using chemical
preservatives without concern for the health of
consumers.
