We thank you for your application to become a member of the Nationwide Synergy Network. You have applied as
part of our signing agent program that will include every county in the United States.
By sending us your contact information we are now able to move on to the second step of the registration process.
You will now fill out the Synergy Notary application and contractual agreement along with some additional infor-
mation that will help us to process your application.
Once you have completed these items on-line, please email by pdf or fax the relevant documents to our offices
within two weeks so that we can add you to our Nationwide database. Once your paperwork has been verified
and you have been added as an approved Synergy Signing Agent we can begin the process of sending you orders

The Notary Signing Service (often referred to as a Courtesy Closing), performed by our professional
staff and elite, nationwide network of qualified notaries and signing agents, is designed as a loan
document signing service for residential real estate transactions in all fifty states and U.S. Territories.
Synergy will centrally coordinate the execution of loan documents by scheduling a qualified notary or
signing agent to acknowledge and witness the signatures in compliance with the lender's closing
instructions. The notary/signing agent is not a legal representative of the borrower, seller or lender
and, therefore, will not render any legal advice nor give any opinion of the loan or its terms during the
course of the loan signing process. Absolutely no explanations or descriptions of the loan documents
will be provided.
The Notary Signing Service can be customized to meet the unique requirements of the client, while
maintaining compliance with state laws and regulations. Signing services may be scheduled at nearly
any time of the day or night, including weekends, at the client or borrower's choice of locations.

The Attorney Signing Service, performed by a state-licensed attorney, is designed as a loan document
signing service for residential real estate transactions in all states where notaries and signing agents
are not eligible to perform such signings. Synergy will centrally coordinate the execution of loan
documents by scheduling a state-licensed attorney to acknowledge and witness the signatures in
compliance with the lender's closing instructions. The state-licensed attorney is an unbiased party to
the transaction and absolutely no explanations or descriptions of the loan documents will be pro-
vided.
The Attorney Signing Service can be customized to meet the unique requirements of the client, while
maintaining compliance with state laws and regulations. Signing services may be scheduled at nearly
any time of the day or night, including weekends, at the client or borrower's choice of locations. Some
restrictions may apply.

The Closing Agent Signing Service, performed by a state-licensed closing agent and/or escrow officer, is
designed as a loan document signing service for residential real estate transactions in all states that have
laws requiring loan documents to be signed at a closing attorney's office or title company or at times
when the borrower wants to execute their loan documents in a professional office setting. Synergy will
centrally coordinate the execution of loan documents by scheduling a state-licensed closing agent to
acknowledge and witness the signatures in compliance with the lender's closing instructions. The
state-licensed closing agent is not a legal representative of the borrower, seller or lender and; therefore,
will not render any legal advice nor give any opinion of the loan or its terms during the course of the loan
signing process. Absolutely no explanations or descriptions of the loan documents will be provided.
