RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of ash handling system.
• Manage operation & maintenance of machines & equipment in reducing downtime and enhance operational
effectiveness of equipment with expertise in handling diverse range of machinery, maintaining daily
maintenance report. Handling a team of about 40 plus workers
• Accountable for repair and maintenance of Dense phase system, Hcsd system, in all types of Centrifugal, single
Stage pumps, Fluid coupling, Dom valves, MHC valves, Buffer hoppers, Bag filters, Clinker grinders, D pump ,
Geho pumps, Conveyor belts, Vibrating screens, Silo, Hot Blowers, Submerge scrapper chain conveyor, Screw
conveyors, Fabric filters, Seal air fan etc.
• Taking Responsibility for AOH of submerged scraper chain conveyor (Bottom ash) and ESP. for ESP shutdown
job responsible maintenance for Crm, Erm, Hammers, Bearings, Gd Screens, Collecting plate, Emitting plates,
Buffer plates, Dampers and Fabric filters.
• Look after Wet ash slurry disposal system by help of slurry duty centrifugal pumps and dry ash to silo, Ash
water recovery system to recover the water.
• Perform root-cause analysis of defects while developing and improved the processing by taking corrective
actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.

3. • Maintain and procured preventive maintenance & vibration analysis of equipments and filled their check list.
• Breakdown, Corrective & Preventive Maintenance of Ingersoll Rand screw compressor.
