• Proporcionar los modelos y las codificaciones XML necesarias para las
medidas y las observaciones, incluyendo sin que esto suponga una
restricción a los sensores
• Conceptos:
• Observación: Es un evento cuyo resultado es un valor que describe un
fenómeno
• La observación se produce en un instante de tiempo (t)
• Las observaciones se asocian a un feature (feature of interest) posición
• Las observaciones se realizan en base a procedimientos: sensores,
observadores, encadenado de procesos, simulación, etc...
• Hay un responsable de la observación
• Se obtiene un resultado
• Se espera una calidad
