1) 2G/3G/4G Initial Tuning Project (Nicaragua)
Main Responsibilities
› Responsible for the delivery of the Initial Tuning service for all three (03) technologies.
› Lead a team of eight (08) RF Engineers, seven (07) 2G/3G Drive Test crews and two (02) 4G
Drive Test crews.
› Define the resource plan (readiness) and timeplan of the project together with the CPM.
› Responsible for ten (10) LTE New eNodeB deployment in 850Mhz. Band.
› Responsible for WCDMA New carriers activation F2/F3 in 1900Mhz. Band (107 Node B).
› Responsible for twenty eight (28) GSM SWAP in 1900Mhz. Band.
› Lead the baseline alignment, RF Design validation, Consistency Check and Neighbor revision and
adjustments.
› Design, management and delivery of the final reports of Single Site Verification (SSV) to the
customer.
› Prepare presentation, perform the weekly Follow-up meeting and driving all technical request from
customer (external: CTO, VP, Engineers, and others technical employees) and from the PMO,
Implementation teams and others internal areas.

› Coordinate 3G rehoming to reach the optimal load balance between all RNC (3G controllers).
› Design, management and delivery of the final reports of Single Site Verification (SSV), and
Clusters IT, to the customer.
› Prepare presentation, perform the weekly Steering meeting and drive all technical request from
customer (external: CTO, VP, Engineers, and others technical employees) and from the PMO,
Implementation teams, Operations, Account (commercial area) and others internal areas.

Band. › Responsible for WCDMA New carriers activation F2/F3 in 1900Mhz. Band (107 Node B). › Responsible for twenty eight (28) GSM SWAP in 1900Mhz.
