Average country in OECD 4.1 x 1.000.
2. Very old infrastructure. Non-compliance with
earthquake regulations.

urban location in Bogotá.
▪ Usme has higher demographic rates than the district.

• Childbearing: 21,7 vs 16,8 x 1.000 Hab.
