producto en total , después a eso se le
suma mano de obra, y el porcentaje de
ganancia que se desea adquirir sin ser un
precio escandaloso.
• El precio es el dinero que se entrega por el
producto y el valor depende de la
satisfacción o percepción del producto
para quien lo compra.
• La calidad es una característica que el
producto le muestra al cliente y lo
convierte en una mejor opción. Ej.
Yo prefiero comprar un buso que tenga
buena factura, tela porque se que me va a
dar mas calor y me va a durar mas que uno
con mala tela y malos acabados.
Es mejor comprar un buso de cuero que uno
de cuero sintético, ya que el de cuero es mas
fino, es mas resistente y mas bonito.
• Absolutamente, pues es el cliente quien
comprara el producto. Si no hay un
cliente satisfecho, probablemente el
cliente no volverá. Si el cliente queda
satisfecho volvera.
