We describe a new method of co-evaluation by students and tutors to meet the perceived increase in improving the level of some skills that students can develop during their final year project. It was observed that allows students to become aware of their level in certain skills. The co-evaluation of the tutors is used to validate the students' opinion; in our case, there is agreement between the views of tutors and students. Students have improved in developing innovative ideas and teamwork.

Currently, since the introduction of the European Higher Education Area, European universities are explicitly
required to promote the employability of their graduates, encouraging the acquisition of competences during
their education. These competences will facilitate their professional development since it is clear that knowledge
alone is not enough for their success on the job. As a result methodologies are developed to train students in
competences, which is not an easy task, since students must be provided with situations similar to those they
will encounter in their working environment. The university has two activities available that bring students
closer to their future profession: internships in companies and final degree projects. In the field of Business
Administration and Management, projects that answer to the preparation of a Business Plan are potentially a
good opportunity to assess the level of competences acquired by students just before the end of their studies.
This paper describes a methodology used successfully to assess the students’ perceived improvement in their
level of some skills during the course of their Final Degree Project. The reliability of this research is achieved
when considering the co-evaluation by their tutors. The results allow us to implement a continuous
improvement cycle.

This paper shows a methodology based on gathering information from students and tutors related
with the development of skills in the Final Project of the career Business Administration at the IQS
School of Management, Ramon Llull University, Spain. A survey was applied to determine the level
of skill improvement through self-assessment tests by students and evaluation by the advisors.
The results confirm that both evaluations (students and advisors) are similar. Future research in
this area should be aimed to comparing the results from one year to another to become familiar
with variations in time, and to introduce the changes that are necessary to improve skills in students.

Los Proyectos Finales de Carrera, un trabajo de síntesis de los conocimientos y habilidades desarrollados por el estudiante durante la formación, requieren de un
procedimiento propio para la evaluación de competencias dentro del marco del EEES. El trabajo describe los resultados obtenidos de un sistema que valora la mejora
percibida en el nivel adquirido de las competencias durante el proceso de realización del proyecto. La mejora es evaluada por parte de los tutores y autoevaluada por los
propios estudiantes.
Ambas evaluaciones indican el nivel de mejora percibido en cada competencia y muestran la semejanza en términos porcentuales que existe entre la evaluación y la autoevaluación.
Entre las novedades introducidas por el Código Aduanero (Ley 22415 y Normas complementarias), quizás la más importante es el articulado referido a la determinación del Valor Imponible de Exportación; es decir la base sobre la que el exportador calcula el pago de los derechos de exportación.
