2. En esta tarea de seminario vamos a realizar búsquedas bibliográficas
en y en
Al realizar búsquedas con PubMed, nos permite hacerlo de tres
formas:
• Búsqueda libre , dónde puedo buscar todos los campos: por palabra
clave o descriptores
• Búsqueda avanzada, dónde yo selecciono
• Búsqueda por MeSH, solo en materias o descriptores; solo en
descriptores
3. En esta semana vamos a buscar búsquedas bibliográficas
acerca de lo siguiente:
Atención domiciliaria en salud en pacientes con
esquizofrenia o con trastorno bipolar.
Para poder buscar en PubMed, necesitamos utilizar DECS
( es un thesauro) contiene al Mesh y es una búsqueda de
la biblioteca de salud que nos va a dar los descriptores en
español, en inglés y en portugués.
4. Para empezar entramos en la página web de la biblioteca
de Centros de Salud, para buscar bases de datos y Decs
(thesauro)
5. • Entramos en Decs para buscar los descriptores de lo que queremos buscar
Lo que íbamos a buscar era: Atención domiciliaria en salud en pacientes con
esquizofrenia o con trastorno bipolar.
Esto lo traducimos al lenguaje electrónico con los operadores booleanos AND,
OR, NOT
“Atención domiciliaria” AND pacientes AND (esquizofrenia OR trastorno
bipolar)
Luego, buscamos los descriptores en Decs y quedaría así:
“Home nursing” AND patients AND (Schizophrenia OR Bipolar Disorder)
Esto es lo que buscamos en PubMed
7. Una vez hemos buscado en PubMed, ya tenemos una serie de artículos
que vamos a exportar a Mendeley para hacer la bibliografía según
Vancouver

9. La siguiente búsqueda bibliográfica la vamos a hacer con la base de
datos
Hemos elegido la opción de búsqueda de publicaciones arbitradas, ésto significa
que revisores revisan el artículo o revista antes de publicarla y ellos la publican si
es adecuada, en publicaciones arbitradas hay artículos con más calidad.

11. Por último vamos a elegir una serie de artículos que hemos encontrado en Cinahl y
pondremos su bibliografía según Vancouver hecha por Mendeley, como lo hicimos
anteriormente con PubMed.
Aquí tenemos una muestra de como exportar nuestros articulos bibliográficos
a Mendeley, para ello lo podemos hacer en formato RIS o en formato BibTex,
elegiremos la primera opción.
12. Una vez que hemos importado en formato RIS los artículos
bibliográficos a Mendeley, ya los tenemos.
13. Una vez tenemos los artículos en Mendeley, ya podemos y tenemos nuestra
