BÚSQUEDA EN PUBMED

2. PRIMER PASO
• 1.- Busca Información en la Base de Datos PubMed, mediante búsqueda en
el MESH, sobre el siguiente tema:
• “Tratamiento y diagnóstico del trastorno bipolar y la esquizofrenia en
adolescentes”
Debemos buscar los términos: tratamiento, diagnóstico, esquizofrenia y trastorno
bipolar en DeCS.
El término adolescentes lo delimitaremos por los filtros de búsqueda de Pubmed.
5. Utilizamos estos términos buscados en DeCS para la
búsqueda en MeSH utilizando el descriptor en inglés
• Seleccionamos a través de la página de inicio la base de datos MeSH
7. Comenzaremos con la primera patología/enfermedad:
trastorno bipolar Bipolar Disorder
8. Al ser “bipolar desorder” y “schizophrenia” dos
patologías, nos posibilita añadir en sus subcategorías el
resto de términos: diagnosis and therapy.
Posteriormente seleccionamos en “add to searc builder” con “AND”
9. Introducimos nuestro segundo termino, “schizophrenia”,
añadiendo en subcategorías “diagnosis” y “therapy” como
anteriormente hemos hecho con “bipolar disorder”.

OR y obtenemos nuestra estrategia de
búsqueda

11. • Añadimos filtros de búsqueda:
- Desde 2015 a la actualidad
- Adolescencia
- Artículos de revisión
SEGUNDO PASO
12. TERCER PASO
• Exporta 10 de los resultados que más se ajusten a tu búsqueda, a tu cuenta de
Mendeley y crea la bibliografía en formato Harvard.
• Primero, seleccionamos los artículos
• Segundo, guardamos en Mendeley.
• Tercero, seleccionamos desde Mendeley los 10 artículos y seleccionamos
citación en formato Harvard.
