Project and Team Management Goal: To adapt to various situations (goals, organizational

Tactics:
- Practice accepting individuals for who they are and not

- Through trial and error, begin to create a team that will
help achieve my life's calling. Assess positive and negative
characteristics of each potential team member.

due to lack of appropriate brand development.
- Apply learned knowledge to my own business and
life's calling.
Avoid the pitfall of over-emphasizing
talent and under-emphasizing brand
development and marketing.

- Discern the difference between finance in general

to-life-scenarios.
- Apply that learned knowledge to my own business and
life's calling.

Negotiation and Deal – Making. Goal: To make sure that both artist and publisher are
satisfied with the financial outcome of a contract. To
avoid litigation from the onset.
Tactics:
- Understand the artist's motivation: artistic or
monetary?
- Protect those artists with extreme talent but minimal
business experience.
- Continue to pursue a "deal" for my own company and
learn from that experience.

year while continuing to pursue my
own desired similar result for my
company.

Product and Artist Management Goal: To learn how to accurately describe and articulate a
product or artist to the public so as to help ensure their
success.
Tactics:
- Conduct an initial interview. Discern desired outcome.
What is their end goal?
- Learn to manage people outside of the scope of the
typical corporate environment. Continue to realize that a
paycheck is not necessarily the driver of their actions.
- Practice patience with those at odds with my own
desired outcomes.
To be able to realize that there is a
junction between what the atist wants to
do and what the business environment
will allow in terms of financial success. Be
able to describe those descrepancies to a
client.
