❖ Managed the core Commercial project which delivered on required changes to existing
credit risk management policies, standards, and procedures. Delivered all the required
business and systems artifacts.
❖ Supported the design of a data assertion/attestation process for the Commercial Business
which involved handoffs between line of business, credit risk management, and technology

❖ Project management and oversight of Market Risk Rule compliance projects. Project
management in areas of regulatory compliance for Corporate Treasury, Risk

❖ Business analysis of the legislation in the context of bank’s business model and product
offerings for delivery of regulatory compliance package of artifacts ensuring compliance

❖ Analysis of ISDA (including CSA), MRA and MSFTA contracts to determine collateral
eligibility and master netting agreement eligibility as per regulatory requirements.

❖ Business Analysis of the BASEL II Regulatory Capital Final Rule in the context of
bank’s business model and product offerings for delivery of processes and data ensuring

the chart of accounts stratification process and provided consulting/guidance for the
People Soft EPM solution implementation. Provided consulting and support for
developing and designing the multi-tiered concept of product for FTP to produce more
accurate cost of funds for all business lines.
❖ Treasury & Trading Systems – Wall Street Systems - 2001. Provided business systems
analysis and Asset Liability Management (ALM) expertise support for the
implementation of trading and reporting system in support of corporate treasury function.
Delivered the mapping of securities and borrowings to the ALM chart of accounts.
Ensured that this upstream change was seamless for Balance Sheet Management function.
❖ Created more streamlined, less bureaucratic support structure with fewer intermediaries,
successfully reducing application management costs by 5% annually while improving the
quality of service per SLA.
Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Projects
❖ Managed and directed data integration of 4 acquired corporations’ assets and liabilities
totaling ~ $100 bln. into Capital One’s asset/liability management function - 2001-
2006. The companies included: AmeriFee Corporation, People First Finance LLC, Onyx
Acceptance Corporation, and Hibernia Bank.
❖ Managed and directed North Fork Bank (a $60 bln. bank) data integration into COF
asset/liability management functions 2007-2008. The goal of the project was to integrate
NFB’s asset/liabilities into market risk analysis and modeling of Capital One on day 1 of
the acquisition. Delivered 6 weeks early.
