The payment of 100% of the value of the product is made after the gold has
been refined and when the quality and quantity certificate has been issued.
Price: Discount 12% gross second fixed L.M.E. 9% Net buyer, 1.5% buyer

Guarantee: The buyer can choose to issue one of the following guarantees.
DLC - MT 700, Not divisible, Not transferable.
SBLC - MT 760 Non-Divisible, Non-Transferable
MT 103, Blocked, Non-negotiable, Non-operative, non-transferable.
Other guarantees are not accepted.
The seller will issue a PB 2%.
The seller works with top 25 banks.

If the buyer wants the gold can be verified in the deposits of the seller or in
the place designated by the parties by agreement between them, suggests the
seller that the verification of the product could be made in any of the
refineries established in Accra.
Form of Delivery. The seller will deliver the gold monthly in three monthly
tranches each one of 80 kilos (each 10 days) making a total of 240 kilos per
month.
The buyer will issue the guarantee only for 80 Kilos.
Do not forget that the delivery is CIF is paid after the assay, there are no
advances, the seller complies with all legal rules both Ghana and
international for the marketing of gold.

Forma de Entrega.- El vendedor entregará el oro mensualmente en tres
tranchas mensuales cada una de 80 kilos (cada 10 días) haciendo un total
de 240 kilos mensuales.
El comprador emitirá la garantía solo por 80 Kilos.
No olvidar que la entrega es CIF se paga después del assay, no hay
anticipos, el vendedor cumple con todas las normas legales tanto de Ghana
como internacionales para la comercialización del oro.
