To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with Elcra since he joined Aramark in the A2L program.
Although he did not report to me directly, I did set his agenda and used
each opportunity during my site visits to check on his progress. No matter
the task, I found Mr. Brown to be open-minded and eager to learn. As he
grew into his role, I found him to be very comfortable as a leader not only in
directing the crew, but also in his interactions with the customer.
As changes occurred within Aramark’s management staff, he was first to
volunteer in support of the changes. He attends customer’s management
staff meetings and shares “out of the box thinking” to improve the operation
for both the customer and Aramark.
During his internship, Elcra has been tasked with several projects that he
accepted with enthusiasm and always met the deadlines. To learn more
about these projects, he visited several other operations and took the best
of their ideas and made them fit into his objectives. Two of the projects
aided in a better and more consistent way of doing day-to-day business.
In conclusion, I would recommend Elcra continue to grow and strengthen
his skills as a future leader in Aramark’s management team.
