La empresa ha realizado una gran inversión en robótica y automatización de los procesos,
lo que le ha permitido agilizar los tiempos de producción y reducir los costes. Se han
construido 6.000 m2
nuevos de modernas instalaciones y se han unido a los 4.000 m2
del
centro productivo mayor ya existente, con el objetivo de unificar y optimizar toda la
cadena de fabricación.
A todo esto se suman 2.000 m2
de instalaciones de Safeair, empresa perteneciente al
grupo Koolair y fabricante de compuertas cortafuego. Toda su producción es testada
exhaustivamente para garantizar el apoyo de laboratorios oficiales de certificación.
Por otra parte, se destinan 3.000 m2
a procesos de logística, para un total de 15.000 m2
de instalaciones que cuentan con los sistemas más modernos de ahorro energético y
eficiencia para facilitar así las mejores condiciones de confort climático y lumínico.

The company has made large investments in
process robotics and automation, making it
possible to streamline production times and
lower costs. Recent construction includes
6,000 m2
of modern facilities and together with
the existing 4,000 m2
production site combines
and optimises the complete manufacturing
process.
An additional 2,000 m2
are occupied by
the facilities of Safeair, a company owned
by the Koolair group that manufactures fire
dampers. All production is thoroughly tested
to ensure the backing of official certification
laboratories.
A further 3,000 m2
have been designated for
our logistics department, yielding a total of
15,000 m2
of facilities equipped with efficient
modern energy saving systems providing the
best climate comfort and lighting conditions.

Wir haben neue moderne Anlagen auf einer
Fläche von 6.000 m² errichtet und diese mit
den bestehenden 4.000 m² Fertigungsfläche
zusammengefügt, um den Fertigungsablauf zu
vereinheitlichen und zu optimieren.
Hinzu kommen 2.000 m² Fertigungsfläche von
Safeair, einem zur Koolair-Gruppe zählenden
Hersteller von Brandklappen. Alle gefertigten
Erzeugnisse werden ausführlichen Prüfungen
unterzogen, um die Abnahmegenehmigung
durch akkreditierte Zertifizierungsstellen zu
erhalten.
Außerdem wurden noch 3.000 m² Logistikfläche
für die insgesamt 15.000 m² Fertigungsfläche
neu gebaut, welche mit den modernsten
Energiespar- und Effizienzsystemen ausgestattet
wurden, um die besten klimatischen und
beleuchtungstechnischen Arbeitsbedingungen
zu gewährleisten.
