Este documento presenta los resultados de varias evaluaciones de riesgos realizadas para identificar peligros y niveles de riesgo en el trabajo. Se identificaron riesgos por levantamiento de cargas que requieren una evaluación específica, así como riesgos por movimientos repetitivos del brazo que también necesitan una evaluación más detallada. No se encontraron riesgos significativos relacionados con el empuje o arrastre de cargas.

L’ergonomia continua sent avui en dia, setze anys desprès de l’aprovació de la Llei de Prevenció de Riscos Laborals a
l’any 1995, una de les àrees de la prevenció de riscos laborals que menys s’ha desenvolupat a les empreses.
La conseqüència d’aquest dèficit és que la salut dels treballadors i treballadores es veu greument afectada, per ser
l’ergonomia, una disciplina que incideix directament sobre les condicions de treball i la salut dels treballadors i
treballadores, com ho demostren les dades estadístiques.
Si analitzem les dades de sinistralitat registrades a nivell d’Espanya, podem observar que durant la darrera dècada
s’han incrementat prop d’un 9% els accidents que es consideren com a conseqüència d’un sobreesforç; la majoria
d’ells degut a la manipulació manual de càrregues. Per altra banda, les malalties professionals degudes a postures
forçades i moviments repetitius, són ja la primera causa d’incapacitat al nostre país.
Tot sembla indicar que gran part d’aquest danys a la salut dels treballadors i treballadores són derivats de la exposició
d’aquests a alts nivells de risc deguts a condicions físiques exigents als seus lloc de treball.
En aquest sentit hem de situar que a Catalunya s’observa que del total d’accidents, els produïts per sobreesforç han
suposat un 37,5% a l’any 2008, un 38,8% al any 2009 i un 39,3 % al 2010.
Aquestes condicions de treball inadequades que presenten perills ergonòmics, que ratllen la precarietat, només es
poden detectar mitjançant avaluacions específiques dels llocs de treball dels diferents tipus de riscos ergonòmics.
Qüestió que, com demostren les dades de sinistralitat, moltes empreses no estant fent aquestes avaluacions
ergonòmiques o si les realitzen són substancialment millorables.
La identificació d’aquests perills és, sense cap mena de dubte, el primer pas d’actuació. Posteriorment, l’avaluació dels

riscos detectats ha de dur-nos a actuar sobre els mateixos de tal manera que si no és possible la seva eliminació
immediata, s’han de mesurar i constatar quina és la repercussió d’aquests perills a la salut dels treballadors i
treballadores per a protegir-los, tal i com estableix la Llei de prevenció.
L’objectiu d’aquesta guia no és altre que facilitar als delegats i delegades de prevenció una eina àgil i pràctica per a
l’ identificació dels perills ergonòmics als quals estan exposats els treballadors i treballadores del centre de treball. Tot
aportant els arguments necessaris per a l’exigència de la realització de les avaluacions específiques a l’empresa que
s’escaiguin.
Aquesta guia vol incentivar i motivar la implicació del delegat/da de prevenció a l’hora de vetllar pel compliment de la
normativa vigent, tal i com els encomana la Llei de prevenció de riscos laborals i dotar-los dels arguments tècnics
adients per a que adquireixin els coneixements necessaris per vetllar per uns llocs de treball més segurs i saludables.

Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

Los trastornos del neurodesarrollo comprenden un grupo heterogéneo de trastornos crónicos que se manifiestan en períodos tempranos de la niñez y que, en conjunto, comparten una alteración en la adquisición de habilidades cognitivas, motoras, del lenguaje y/o sociales que impactan significativamente en el funcionamiento personal, social y académico. Tienen su origen en la primera infancia o durante el proceso de desarrollo y comprende a heterogéneos procesos englobados bajo esta etiqueta.
El Manual diagnóstico y estadístico de los trastornos mentales en su quinta edición (DSM-V) incluye dentro los trastornos del neurodesarrollo los siguientes siete grupos: Discapacidad intelectual, Trastornos de la comunicación, Trastorno del espectro del autismo (TEA), Trastorno de atención con hiperactividad (TDAH), Trastornos específico del aprendizaje, Trastornos motores y Trastornos de tics. Es importante tener en cuenta que en una misma persona puede manifestarse más de un trastorno del neurodesarrollo. Y, dentro de todos los trastornos del neurodesarrollo, el autismo adquiere una especial importancia, por lo que será considerado en el próximo capítulo de la serie “Terapia cinematográfica” de forma particular.
Y esta gran diversidad también la ha reflejado en la gran pantalla y en las historias “de cine” que el séptimo arte nos ha regalado. Y hoy proponemos un recordatorio de la amplia variedad y complejidad de los trastornos del neurodesarrollo en la infancia a través de 7 películas argumentales. - Cromosoma 5 (María Ripoll, 2013) 10, para entender la soledad del corredor de fondo ante los trastornos del neurodesarrollo.
- Gabrielle (Louise Archambault, 2013) 11, para intentar normalizar las relaciones afectivas y amorosas entre dos personas con enfermedades mentales y discapacidad.
- Línea de meta (Paola García Costas, 2014) 12, para interiorizar que la carrera de la vida es especialmente difícil para algunos.

Los trastornos del neurodesarrollo comprenden un grupo heterogéneo de trastornos crónicos que se manifiestan en períodos tempranos de la niñez y que, en conjunto, comparten una alteración en la adquisición de habilidades cognitivas, motoras, del lenguaje y/o sociales que impactan significativamente en el funcionamiento personal, social y académico. Tienen su origen en la primera infancia o durante el proceso de desarrollo y comprende a heterogéneos procesos englobados bajo esta etiqueta.
El Manual diagnóstico y estadístico de los trastornos mentales en su quinta edición (DSM-V) incluye dentro los trastornos del neurodesarrollo los siguientes siete grupos: Discapacidad intelectual, Trastornos de la comunicación, Trastorno del espectro del autismo (TEA), Trastorno de atención con hiperactividad (TDAH), Trastornos específico del aprendizaje, Trastornos motores y Trastornos de tics. Es importante tener en cuenta que en una misma persona puede manifestarse más de un trastorno del neurodesarrollo. Y, dentro de todos los trastornos del neurodesarrollo, el autismo adquiere una especial importancia, por lo que será considerado en el próximo capítulo de la serie “Terapia cinematográfica” de forma particular.
Y esta gran diversidad también la ha reflejado en la gran pantalla y en las historias “de cine” que el séptimo arte nos ha regalado. Y hoy proponemos un recordatorio de la amplia variedad y complejidad de los trastornos del neurodesarrollo en la infancia a través de 7 películas argumentales. Estas películas son, por orden cronológico de estreno:
- El milagro de Ana Sullivan (The Miracle Worker, Arthur Penn, 1962) 6, para valorar el milagro de la palabra, el milagro del lenguaje y de los sentidos.
- Forrest Gump (Robert Zemeckis, 1994) 7, para comprender el valor de la lucha por encontrar cuál es la meta de cada uno, una mezcla de destino y sueños propios.
- Estrellas en la Tierra (Taare Zameen Par, Aamir Khan, 2007) 8, para confirmar que cada niño y niña es especial, incluso con sus potenciales deficiencias psíquicas, físicas y/o sensoriales.
- El primero de la clase (Front of the Class, Peter Werner, 2008) 9, para demostrar el valor de la superación y como, a pesar de nuestras dificultades, somos merecedores de oportunidades.
- Cromosoma 5 (María Ripoll, 2013) 10, para entender la soledad del corredor de fondo ante los trastornos del neurodesarrollo.
- Gabrielle (Louise Archambault, 2013) 11, para intentar normalizar las relaciones afectivas y amorosas entre dos personas con enfermedades mentales y discapacidad.
- Línea de meta (Paola García Costas, 2014) 12, para interiorizar que la carrera de la vida es especialmente difícil para algunos.
