• incompatible with the need for confidentiality in connection with security
issues;
• incompatible with existing rules concerning the protection of personal
data;

EXCELLENCE – refer to "inter-disciplinarity" and cross-
sector/stakeholder involvement as appropriate
IMPACT – streamlined wording; emphasising more the impact
statement in the work-programme topics
IMPLEMENTATION – each partner should have important role,

• ¿Hay un plan establecido para hacer llegar

¿Qué dicen/esperan….los EVALUADORES?
Evaluators' top tips for Horizon 2020 proposals*
• Read the call, the call objectives, the “key” points ….in the topic you
need to fulfill all those aspects.
• Concentrate on the abstract and the three first pages clear idea of
what it’s all about.
• Good illustrations, schemes, pictures, also links…..”make life easy”.
• Define the outcomes of the proposal, that there are something for the
society and/or the industry.
• Be consistent in all parts (objectives, budget, person/month…).
• The consortium/the participants need to find what there is in the
proposal for them.
• Really …..be involved in the preparation of the proposal.
• Read the proposal both with the eyes of an expert and ….a non so
expert.
• Evaluators/Panel: Mix of academy and industrial (and even venture
capital) and the proposal should fit them all.
