Se aplicará el reglamento WKF V9.0 con las siguientes excepciones
WKF V9.0 rules will be applied with the following exceptions
KUMITE
EQUIPO ARBITRAL
Los combates serán dirigidos por 3 jueces y un árbitro cada uno con un voto sobre puntos o
penalizaciones.
Las finales serán dirigidas por 4 jueces y un árbitro cada uno con un voto sobre puntos o
penalizaciones.
REFEREE PANEL
The bouts will be conducted by three judges and one referee, each one with one vote about points
and penalties.
Finals will be conducted by 4 judges and one referee each one with one vote about points and
penalties.
EMPATES
En encuentros individuales, cuando un encuentro finaliza con las puntuaciones igualadas, el árbitro
otorgará la victoria a aquél competidor que puntuó en primer lugar (punto de oro),
independientemente de su valor.
En encuentros individuales, en caso de que al final del tiempo nadie haya puntuado la decisión se
tomará por votación final de los tres jueces (5 miembros en finales).
TIES
In individual bouts, when a bout ends with equal scores, the referee will declare winner to the
competitor who scored first (gold point), no matter the value.
In individual bouts, if after full time there are no scores, the decision will be made by a final vote of
the 3 Judges (5 members in finals).
MAYORÍAS
Para dar puntos, será necesario que dos o más miembros del panel arbitral señalicen punto al mismo
competidor. Para advertir o penalizar, será necesario que tres o más miembros del panel arbitral
señalicen advertencia o penalización al mismo competidor.
MAJORITIES
To award points, will require two or more referee panel members signaled point to the same
competitor.
To warn or penalize, will require three or more referee panel members signaled warning or penalty
to the same competitor.
2. TIEMPO MUERTO
Los entrenadores deben presentar su acreditación en la mesa oficial, junto con la de su competidor o
las de su equipo. En este momento le será entregada la tarjeta técnica verde que tendrá que entregar
para solicitar tiempo muerto.
El entrenador debe permanecer sentado en su silla y no debe interferir de palabra ni de obra en el
normal desarrollo del encuentro.
Cada entrenador tendrá la posibilidad de solicitar un “tiempo muerto” de 10” para orientar al
deportista sobre su actuación. El entrenador se pondrá en pie y mostrará su tarjeta verde para
solicitar dicha parada. La mesa advertira de dicha situación al árbitro mediante pitidos cortos
consecutivos si éste no se hubiese apercibido. No podrá solicitarse una vez iniciado el "atoshi
baraku".
El árbitro no está obligado a detener el combate inmediatamente, deberá evaluar la situación y
atender la solicitud de “tiempo muerto” sin que suponga ventaja o perjuicio, para ninguno de los
competidores.
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el árbitro parará el combate en el momento oportuno y se acercárá a
recoger la tarjeta verde del entrenador solicitante. Los competidores se acercarán a sus entrenadores
y el árbitro señalará a la mesa el inicio del "tiempo muerto" mediante su silbato en el momento en
que el competidor del solicitante llegue a la altura del coach; esperando en el espacio entre ambos
coach.
Una vez que finalicen los 10” se avisará desde la mesa con un toque de silbato, para que el árbitro
indique a los competidores que regresen a su línea inmediatamente.
Los coach no pueden aconsejar a los competidores o hacer indicaciones fuera de estos periodos. De
hacerlo, les será retirada su tarjeta y se utilizará su tiempo muerto de la manera habitual en ese
mismo momento. Una reincidencia implicará el no retorno de la tarjeta técnica durante el resto del
torneo o la inhabilitación como coach en casos más graves.
TIMEOUT
Coaches must present their accreditation together with that of their competitor or team to the
official table. In that moment the green technic card necesary for the "timeout" will be provided.
The coach must sit in the chair provided and must not interfere with the smooth running of the
match by word or deed.
Each coach could to use a 10" timeout to inform the athlete on their performance. The coach will
stand up and show the green card to apply for this stop. The timekeeper informs of this situation to
the referee by consecutive short beeps if he does not be aware. May not be requested after the
beginning of the "Atoshi baraku".
The referee is not required to stop the bout immediately, should evaluate the situation and attend the
request of "timeout" without advantage or detriment to any of the competitors.
With the above in mind, the referee will stop the bout and pick up the green technic card of the
applicant coach. Competitors will approach their coaches and the referee will signal to the
3. timekeeper to start the ten second timeout by a blast on his whistle when the competitor comes to
the applicant coach; waiting between both coaches.
When the timeout is over, the timekeeper will blow his whistle and the referee will request
competitors to get their positions immediately.
The coach must do not interfere more than this situation. If do, the timeout will be used
immediately and the green technic card revoked for the match. A new fault results in a permanent
revoked or a sanction.
PUNTUACIÓN
Para marcar es necesario aplicar una técnica a una zona puntuable según lo definido en el
punto 6 anterior. La técnica debe ser controlada adecuadamente con relación a la zona
atacada y debe satisfacer los 6 criterios del punto 2 anterior.
El karate deportivo también es espectáculo, por ello y para premiar adecuadamente este tipo de
acciones, Ippon podrá otorgarse por técnicas ligeramente deficientes en uno de los criterios, a
excepción de la forma.
SCORING
In order to score, a technique must be applied to a scoring area as defined in paragraph 6 above. The
technique must be appropriately controlled with regard to the area being attacked and must satisfy
all six scoring criteria in paragraph 2 above.
Karate sport is also spectacle and for this reason and for rewarding conveniently this kind of
actions, Ippon also will be awarded for techniques slightly deficients in one criteria, except good
form.
AGARRES Y BARRIDOS
Estarán permitidos los barridos y proyecciones agarrando con ambas manos, con las limitaciones de
seguridad que marca el reglamento WKF, siempre que se realicen inmediatamente.
Cualquier agarre sin intentar puntuar o barrer al oponente, será advertido o penalizado según las
reglas.
Mantener el agarre después de una acción de ataque o barrido también será penalizado.
GRABBING AND THROWING
Sweeps and throws are allowed grabbing with both hands, with the security limits defined in the
WKF rules, provided done inmediately.
Any kind of grabbing without attemping scoring or throwing the opponent, will be warned o
penalised according with the rules.
Keep holding on after a technique or throwing will be also penalised.
CONTACTO PERMITIDO
Juvenil (12-13), cadete (14-15), junior (16-17)
Si el guante hace un toque imperceptible* a nivel jodan, se dará el punto.
Las patadas Jodan podrán hacer un ligerísimo contacto (skin touch) y ser puntuables.
4. Cualquier otro tipo de contacto jodan, recibirá una advertencia o penalización.
La distancia para puntuar se incrementa a 10 cms.
Infantil A (8-9), infantil B (10-11)
Si la mano o el pie hacen un toque imperceptible* a nivel jodan, se dará el punto.
Cualquier otro tipo de contacto jodan, recibira una penalización de la escala de penalizaciones.
La distancia para puntuar se incrementa a 10 cms.
No se permite ninguna clase de barrido o proyección.
*Se define como toque imperceptible aquél contacto muy
superficial y que no es percibido por el oponente. Cualquier
otro tipo de contacto NO entra en esta definición y deberá ser
advertido o penalizado.
CONTACT ALLOWED
Youth (12-13), cadet (14-15), junior (16-17)
If the glove makes an imperceptible touch* at jodan level, a point will be awarded.
Jodan kicks may make the lightest touch (“skin touch”) and still score.
Any other jodan contact will require a warning or penalty.
The scoring distance is increased up to 10 centimetres.
Children A (8-9) , children B (10-11)
If the hand or feet makes an imperceptible touch*, a point will be awardered.
Any other jodan contact will require a warning or penalty.
The scoring distance is increased up to 10 centimetres.
No kind of sweeps and throws are allowed.
*Imperceptible touch is defined as one very surface contact
and unnoticed by the opponent. Any other contact is NOT
included in this definition and should be warned or penalized.
10 SEGUNDOS
La regla de los 10 segundos NO será aplicada.
El árbitro llamará inmediatamente al médico. Una vez oida su opinión, el panel arbitral tomará
cualquier decisión conforme a las reglas.
10 SECONDS
10 second rule will not apply.
Referee will call inmediately the doctor. Heeding the doctor's opinion, the referee panel will take
any decision according with the rules.

6. KATA
Los encuentros serán dirigidos por 3 jueces. En las finales 5 jueces.
Los competidores harán un kata diferente en cada vuelta. Será válido cualquier kata tradicional de
karate. Una vez ejecutado, no podrá repetirse.
En los encuentros para medallas en kata equipos, los competidores podrán usar kata libre,
tradicional o no tradicional, con los mismos requisitos que los katas tradicionales, también el bunkai
en la final. Debe ser y parecer un kata de karate.
Bouts will be conducted by 3 judges. 5 judges in finals.
Contestants must perform a different Kata in each round. Any traditional karate kata will be
elegible. Once performed a Kata may not be repeated.
In the bouts for medals in kata teams, competitors can use free, traditional or
non-traditional kata, with the same requirements as traditional kata, including bunkai in finals. It
should be and look like a karate kata.
