2. Es un tiempo verbal que se utiliza para
describir acciones que han sucedido en un
tiempo anterior y que ya han finalizado,
por ejemplo:
She cleaned her house. Ella limpió su
casa.

4. Los tiempos progresivos o continuos se forman
en presencia del verbo To BE (como auxiliar o
enlace) y la forma -ING del verbo significativo;
es decir, la forma -ING del verbo significativo va
inmediatamente después del verbo To BE, en la
estructura (oración) lógica afirmativa. Estos
tiempos gramaticales indican que la(s)
acción(es) están inconclusas (en el pasado
progresivo) y que todavía están sucediendo (en
el presente progresivo).

6. Ejemplo de Presente Progresivo del Verbo STUDY (Estudiar):
