The Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) (Arabic: ‫عبية‬ ‫الش‬ ‫ة‬ ‫المقاوم‬ ‫ان‬ ‫,لج‬ Lijān al-Muqāwama al-
Shaʿbiyya) is a coalition of a number of armed Palestinian groups opposed to what they regard as the
conciliatory approach of the Palestinian Authority and Fatah towards Israel. The PRC is especially
active in the Gaza Strip, through its military wing, the Al-Nasser Salah al-Deen Brigades. The PRC has
planned and executed a number of varied operations, but specializes in planting roadside bombs and
vehicle explosive charges - directed against military and civilian convoys.
Formed in late 2000 by former Fatah and Tanzim member Jamal Abu Samhadana, the PRC is
composed primarily of ex-Fatah fighters and al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades members and is alleged by
Israel to be inspired and financed by Hezbollah. The present leader of PRC is Ayman al-Shashniya.
The PRC is believed to be the third strongest faction active in the Gaza Strip, after Hamas and
Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and has been designated a terrorist organization by Israel and the United
States.

20/11/2000: Bombing of a bus full of children as it passed near Kfar Darom, killing two | 08/10/2000:
Shooting attack on a bus carrying airport workers near the Rafah terminal, wounding 8 civilians, and a
similar attack on a car on the road from Kerem Shalom to the Rafah terminal, killing the woman driver |
28/04/2001: Mortar attacks on the Netzer Hazani agricultural Israeli settlement in the Gaza Strip
(wounding five, one seriously), and similar attacks on Kfar Darom on 29/04/2001 and on Atzmona on

neutralized the PRC's top military leader, Amer Qarmut (Abu Said) in response to a joint suicide
bombing by the AL-AQSA MARTYRS BRIGADES and the POPULAR FRONT FOR THE
LIBERATION OF PALESTINE in Dimona, which killed one Israeli. | 06/03/2008: the PRC detonated a
roadside charge (IED) near the Kissufim crossing, killing an Israeli officer and wounding three others,
one critically.

A N Á L I S I S
* Que MUNTHER AMIRA pueda obtener un visado para entrar en
territorio español/UE debería ser un hecho preocupante en materia
de seguridad dado que significa que un elemento fundamental del
engranaje de la Muqawama, esto es, la yihad palestina, tiene
libertad de movimientos en el Espacio Schengen.
* Que MUNTHER AMIRA no deja de ser el coordinador de una
organización terrorista islámica con un amplio historial criminal.
Su organización, por agotamiento, ha evolucionado hacia un papel
de pivote entre las diversas facciones palestinas que controlan
actualmente la Franja de Gaza. Ese gobierno, en manos de HAMAS,
fue declarado ilegal por el Tribunal Supremo de la Autoridad
Nacional Palestina. El papel actual del PRC a nivel interno es el
de implantar HAMAS en Cisjordania (en manos de Abu Mazen/Fatah)
con acciones violentas como las ilustradas en este reporte de
inteligencia. A nivel exterior el PRC ejerce un papel de «rostro
amable» de una acción exterior que es la de HAMAS. Un gobierno que
aunque aparentemente parezca dirigido a distancia (hasta hace bien
poco) desde Qatar por su líder Khaled Mashaal, en realidad, lo ha
estado SOTERRADAMENTE desde el Líbano por HEZBOLLÁ y Hassan
Nasrallah. Lo que al fin y al cabo nos acaba conduciendo en
definitiva a Teheran.
* Que MUNHTER AMIRA, por ser el coordinador del PRC: un «proxy del
proxy» (!) deje de aparentar una persona suficientemente de
interés para servicios de inteligencia y cuerpos y fuerzas de
seguridad para ser sometida a un riguroso análisis antes de poder
entrar en Espacio Schengen debería de preocupar.
