INTRODUCCIÓN
INTRODUCTION

Este manual constituye una orientación para la preven-
ción y en la protección ante los efectos inherentes a
varias situaciones de emergencia que debamos enfren-
tar.
Fundamentalmente, propende a la preocupación priori-
taria y esencial de la salud y seguridad integral de las
personas.
Es fundamental que los alumnos y alumnas comprendan
que los desastres que pueden ocurrir en cualquier
momento. Esto les permitirá capacitarse y organizarse
para actuar.
Este manual incorpora a docentes, personal no docente
y administrativo, alumnos y alumnas, así como a
representantes y debe responder a la realidad en
cuanto a amenazas, vulnerabilidad y riesgos presentes
en la escuela.
En la seguridad en la que todos trabajamos y estudia-
mos, y la de aquellos q transitan eventualmente el
ediﬁcio, esperamos contar con la colaboración.

tion against the effects associated with various emergency
situations that we face.

La Escuela Superior de Diseño Gráfico-
primera institución de la especialidad en la
ciudad de Rosario- es fundada el 24 de octubre de
1990.
Aspira a la formación de un profesional de óptima
calidad de respuesta, responsable, comprometido
con medio social y reflexivo sobre sí mismo.
La Escuela Superior de Comercio -first institution of

1.1 UBICACIÓN Y ENTORNO
LOCATION AND ENVIROMENT

La Escuela Superior de diseño, está situada en la zona
céntrica de la ciudad de Rosario, Santa fe, Argentina,
Nuestra Institución / Our Institution

con dirección en calle Rioja 2074.
Las instalaciones donde funciona la Escuela Superior de
Diseño, son susceptibles no solo a fenómenos de índole

Evacuar es la acción de desocupar ordenada y
planiﬁcadamente del recinto, de todas las aulas,
biblioteca, sala de computación, bar., etc... por
razones de seguridad ante un peligro potencial o
inminente que amenace la integridad de las
comunidad de la escuela y las instalaciones y
cumplir con su misión principal de asegurar y
salvar vidas.

EMERGENCIES
La evacuación rápida y oportuna requiere que sea una
actividad organizada por parte de los que estén
directamente involucrados. Se debe tener en cuenta
entonces para determinadas emergencias.
Se considera emergencia a toda situación que origina un
estado de perturbación y pone en peligro un sistema,
generalmente es ocasionado por un evento indeseado.
Por su gravedad, las emergencias se clasifican en:

CONATO DE EMERGENCIA: Accidente con inmediato

EMERGENCIA LIMITADA: Requiere la actuación opera-
tiva de los equipos de la emergencia propios.
EMERGENCIA GENERAL: Requiere de la Ayuda Externa.

ORGANIZACIÓN
ORGANIZATION
Las personas que trabajan en la institución deben dar
una respuesta organizada a la emergencia.
Para esto se les asigna a cada una de ellas una función
determinada. Con esta finalidad se cuenta con el desem-
peño personal de cada individuo y la organización de
estos en distintos roles de organización.
Todos ellos permanecen en horario diurno siendo
fácilmente localizados en sus respectivas aulas.

La escuela no cuenta con nigún sistema técnico . El
mejor sitema de detección son las personas. Alguien
cuando deteccta una situación anómala, inmediata-
mente avisar, preferentemente al cooordinardor
general. Los principales medios de comunicación son:
Para la transmisión de alarmaa todo el personal:
timbre, megáfonos, gritos, celulares, radios portátiles.
Para la solicitud de ayuda exteriores: celulares,
teléfonos.
El lugar de encuentro fuera de la escuela para todos los
alumnos, profesores y personal, es la plaza frente a la
escuela.

la expulsión de los alumnos en caso de emergencia.
También cuenta con una ventana vidriado, que en caso

También cosntituye el medio de circulación principal

La evacuaicón deberá hacerse siempre en sentido
descendente, salvo que el inconvenciente se sucité en
el nivel inferior, entonces el recorrido deberá ser en
sentido ascendente hasta la terraza.
El recorrido esta señalizado y con iluminación de
emergencia, con un extinguidor en casa nivel.
Las escaleras son aptas para el tránsito en dos filas.
Se deberá evacuar en un fila lo más prróximo a la
pared, dejando la restante para circulación de los
extinguidor medios de ayuda exteriores.

Esta es considerada una salida de emergencia comple-
mentaria y alternativa, correspondiente a casos particu-
lares que las demás vías queden obtruídas.
Se enceuntra ubicada en el patio º2 del Nivel 4. Apartir
de ella se accderá a la terraza, posibitando la evacuación
a edificios linderos.
Al trepar la escalera, se debe abrir una reja, normalmen-
te cerrada con candado, cuya llave debe ser provista por
el portero en caso de emergencia.

Se encuentran ubicadas en los niveles 2, 3, 4 de la
institución, en las aulas cada uno de lo extremos sur y
norte. También se la considera una salida alternativa y
complementaria.
Las ventanas del extremo norte, solo pueden ser
utilizadas como medios de escape las ubicadas en el
segundo nivel. Donde se alcanza una altura suficiente
como para poder saltar y no sufrir graves daños.
La ventanas del extremo norte, que asoman al Patio nº
1, en cambio poseen adosadas al muro q las contienen
una escalera marinera, que al trepar hasta arriba puede
alcanza la terraza y escapar por un edificio lindante.

CLASSROOM EVACUATION

1 El desalojo de cada planta es por grupos, saliendo las
aulas más cercanas a las escaleras en secuencia ordena-
da y sin mezclar grupos. ( fig nº 1).
2 En cada aula, se deberá salir primero la fila más
cercana a la puerta del aula. ( fig nº1 ).
3 Al salir el último alumno de esta fila, debe salir el
alumno de la fila siguiente, y así de manera sucesiva.
( fig nº2 ).
La movilización debe ser en forma ordenada, en silencio,
caminando rápido pero sin correr, escuchando las indica-
ciones del profesor y observando los peligros que se
puedan presentar alrededor.
Los profesores de las aulas son los encargados de la
evacuación de la totalidad de la planta. El Profesor debe
2º 7 ser auxiliado por un alumno elegido por él, cuya función es
complementaria a la del profesor.
El profesor antes de abandonar el aula, debe cerrar todas

las ventanas y verificar que nadie haya quedado adentro.
En caso de que el pasillo este imposibilitado, considerar
las salidas alternativas o permancer en el aula hasta q
llegue la ayuda.
