2. Present Perfect: I have seen it.
(Tiempo presente del verbo “to have” mas el pasado participio del verbo.
La accion se realizo con respecto al presente.)
Past Perfect: I had seen it.
(Tiempo pasado del verbo “to have” mas el pasado participio del verbo.
La accion se realizo con respecto al pasado.)
Future Perfect: I will have seen it.
(Tiempo futuro del verbo “to have” mas el pasado participio del verbo.
La accion se realizo con respecto al futuro.)
Los tres tiempos perfectos en Ingles son tres tiempos
verbales que muestran cuando una acción ya esta completada.
Estos tiempos están formado por el tiempo adecuado del verbo
“to have” mas el pasado participio del verbo.
3. Es un tiempo verbal que se utiliza para referirnos a acciones que suceden
en un pasado reciente y que guardan alguna relación con el presente. Su
equivalente en el idioma español es el Pretérito Perfecto. Se compone de
la siguiente forma:
Afirmativa:
S+ Auxiliar+ Verbo p.p+ C
Example: She has gotten it.
Interrogativa:
Auxiliar+ S+ verbo p.p+ C?
Example: Has She gotten it?
(WH)->What has She gotten?
Por ser “to have” un verbo en presente,
dependiendo de la persona se usa “have” o “has”.

4. Es un tiempo verbal que sirve para hablar de un evento anterior a un momento
concreto en el pasado. Es decir, es un tiempo pasado anterior a otro tiempo
pasado, estableciendo un orden entre ellas.
Afirmativa:
S+ Auxiliar+ Verbo p.p+ C
Example: She had gotten it.
Interrogativa:
Auxiliar+ S+ verbo p.p+ C?
Example: Had She gotten it?
(WH)->What had She gotten?
Negativa:
S+ Auxiliar+negation+ Verbo p.p+ C
Example: She had not gotten it
Interro-negativa:
Auxiliar+ S+negation+ verbo p.p+ C?
Auxiliar+negation+ S+ verbo p.p+ C?
Example: Had She not gotten it?
(WH)->What hadn’t She gotten?
Por ser “to have” un verbo en pasado,
independiente de la persona se usa “had”.

5. Expresa la idea de que algo ocurrirá antes que otra acción en el futuro.
Puede también mostrar que algo ocurrirá antes de un tiempo especifico en el futuro.
Hay dos formas de crear el tiempo Futuro Perfecto:
con el uso de “will” y con “am/is/are + going to have + past participle”
Afirmativa:
S+ will+have+ V p.p+ C
Example: She will have gotten it.
Interrogativa:
Auxiliar+ S+V p.p+ C?
Example: will She have gotten it?
(WH)->What will She have gotten?
Negativa:
S+will+negation+have+V p.p+ C
Example: She will not have gotten it
Interro-negativa:
will+S+negation+have+V p.p+ C?
will+negation+ S+have+V p.p+ C?
Example: will She not have gotten it?
(WH)->What won’t She have gotten?
She is going to have gotten it
Is she going to have gotten it?
What is she going to have gotten?
She isn’t going to have gotten it
What isn’t she going to have gotten?
6. Es un tiempo verbal que se utiliza para referirnos a acciones que suceden
en un pasado reciente y que continúan sucediendo hasta el presente Se
compone de la siguiente forma:
Afirmativa:
S+Auxiliar+V p.p+V ing+ C
Example: She has been getting it.
Interrogativa:
Auxiliar+S+V p.p+V ing+ C?
Example: Has She been getting it?
(WH)->What has She been getting?
Por ser “to have” un verbo en presente,
dependiendo de la persona se usa “have” o “has”.

7. Es un tiempo verbal que sirve para hablar de un evento en el pasado y
continuo hasta antes de otro momento en el pasado.
Al igual que el pasado perfecto, por ser “to have” un
verbo usado en pasado, independiente de la
persona se usa “had”.
Este tiempo, así como los demás tiene sus estructuras afirmativa, negativa,
interrogativa e interro-negativa
Afirmativa:
S+Auxiliar+V p.p+V ing+ C
Example: She had been getting it.
Interrogativa:
Auxiliar+S+V p.p+V ing+ C?
Example: Had She been getting it?
(WH)->What had She been getting?
Negativa:
S+Auxiliar+negation+V p.p+V ing+C
Example: She had not been getting it
Interro-negativa:
Auxiliar+S+negation+V p.p+V ing+C?
Auxiliar+negation+S+V p.p+V ing+ C?
Example: Had She not been getting it?

8. Se usa para expresar que algo continuara ocurriendo hasta un tiempo
o evento particular en el futuro.
Hay dos formas de crear el tiempo Futuro Perfecto Progresivo:
con el uso de “will have been + present participle”
y con “am/is/are + going to have been + present participle”
Afirmativa:
S+ will+have+V p.p+V ing+ C
Example: She will have been
waiting for it.
Interrogativa:
Auxiliar+ S+V p.p+V ing+ C?
Example:
will She have been waiting for it?

waiting?
Negativa:
S+will+negation+have+V p.p+V ing+ C
Example: She will not have been
waiting for it
Interro-negativa:
will+S+negation+have+V p.p+V ing+ C?

9. El uso de los verbos modales es posible combinarlos con los tiempos perfectos,
dando así el significado de un modal al tiempo perfecto:
La estructura afirmativa estaría dada por: S+Modal+have+V p.p+C
Esta combinación trae los siguientes ejemplos:
You could have gotten it.
What should you have been waiting for?
Why would you have gotten that?
May you not have that camera?
You might have put mustard on your sándwich.
I must have practiced a lot.
shall/will you have done the homework?
La lista de modales es:
can, could, may, might, must, shall, should, will and would.
Sin embargo, sin embargo el verbo modal “can” se excluye de esta posibilidad.
