Este documento resume las estructuras para expresar "hay" o "no hay" en inglés en presente, pasado y futuro en singular y plural, así como las formas afirmativas, negativas e interrogativas. También explica la diferencia entre "there is" para singular y "there are" para plural y da ejemplos como "there is a ball" y "there are two children".

2. Esta estructura es la que vamos a usar para decir “HAY” o “NO HAY” o “¿HAY?” y
lo podemos resumir en el cuadro siguiente.

Puesto que se forma con el verbo “to be”, vamos a atender a sus formas para poder
usar esta estructura en pasdado, futuro,…

There is (en singular) There are (en plural)
•Tenemos que tener en cuenta que •En plural, deberemos indicar el
