Reglas para oraciones formales y preguntas en entornos legales
1.
2. HOY SE HABLÓ DE QUE TODAS LAS ORACIONES (SOBRE
TODO POR ESCRITO) Y RESPONDIENDO LA “SECCION 10” DE
TOLES (O BIEN EN TODO ENTORNO DE ESCRITURA
FORMAL) DEBEN TENER:
Sujeto/ verbo/ complemento
3. HOY SE HABLÓ DE QUE TODAS LAS ORACIONES (SOBRE
TODO POR ESCRITO) Y RESPONDIENDO LA “SECCION 10” DE
TOLES (O BIEN EN TODO ENTORNO DE ESCRITURA
FORMAL) DEBEN TENER:
Sujeto/ verbo/ complemento
4. Otra cuestion muy importante:
En un entorno formal puede haber dos tipos de preguntas, tal como se ve en ese
pizarron:
PREGUNTAS DIRECTAS: PALABRA INTERROGATIVA/ AUXILIAR/
SUJETO/ VERBO/ COMPLEMENTO.
EJ: HOW LONG DID THE TRIAL LAST?
PREGUNTAS INDIRECTAS: PALABRA INTERROGATIVA/ VERBO
CONJUGADO/ COMPLEMENTO.
EJ: WHO WAS THE CLAIMANT?
EN ESE CASO UNO REEMPLAZA EL “WHO” POR EL SUJETO. No
“complicarse”. No hacer una oracion en pasivo.
5. HOY SE HABLÓ DE QUE TODAS LAS ORACIONES (SOBRE
TODO POR ESCRITO) Y RESPONDIENDO LA “SECCION 10” DE
TOLES (O BIEN EN TODO ENTORNO DE ESCRITURA
FORMAL) DEBEN TENER:
Sujeto/ verbo/ complemento
6. Al contestar todo tipo de preguntas: NUNCA EMPEZAR CON “BECAUSE”.
EN VEZ DE ELLO, REPETIR LA “PROPOSICION “ DE LA PREGUNTA Y
LUEGO DECIR…. BECAUSE…
Ej: Why did the judge decide to give the goods to Tom?
NUNCA: “Because Tom provided sufficient evidence on Trial”.
SI:
The judge decided to give the goods to Tom because Tom provided
sufficient evidence on trial.
RECORDAR
CONJUGAR EL
VERBO. SI DICE
“DID” ES EN
PASADO. PONERLO
