El documento presenta un análisis del sistema actual de envío postal mexicano y propone un nuevo sistema modernizado. Actualmente, los clientes pasan aproximadamente 34 minutos enviando paquetes mientras que los empleados revisan manualmente los paquetes, los pesan, calculan precios usando un libro de tarifas, y generan facturas a mano. El nuevo sistema propuesto digitalizaría este proceso a través de un escáner, una báscula digital conectada a una computadora para calcular automáticamente el precio, e impresión automática de facturas
