4. TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines en línea Fitness Los patines en línea de fitness abarcan un gran abanico de patines con rangos de precios muy diferentes. Básicamente se trata de patines que sirven para ir de paseo o iniciarse, para realizar rutas a buen ritmo o ponerse en forma. Acostumbran a ser patines de bota blanda, muy cómodos y pueden ser con chasis de plástico o aluminio.

TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines para Hockey en Línea: Como el nombre indica, estos patines están pensados para jugar a hockey en línea, es decir, para ser usados en una pista de hockey y con unas necesidades muy concretas como acelerar, girar y frenar muy rápidamente. No se aconseja su uso fuera de una pista de hockey. La diferencia de precio entre los patines de hockey se basa en el tipo de materiales usados.
6. TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines de Velocidad: Este tipo de patines están sólo indicados para competir en competiciones de patinaje de velocidad. Se distinguen por tener botas muy bajas de cuero con refuerzos de fibra de vídrio, kevlar o carbono y montar un chasis muy largo. Estos patines tienen una alta estabilidad y velocidad.
7. TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines de Estilo Agresivo: Este tipo de patines está reservado para ser usados en rampas, half pipes y para grindar barandillas o bordillos. Son patines muy duros y resistentes. Sus botas son muy anchas para poder apoyarse en barandillas o bordillos y sus chasis son de plástico para amortiguar mejor los golpes.
8. TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines de Freeskate: Los patines de freeskate son básicamente un híbrido entre patines de fitness y agresivo. Principalmente son usados como patines urbanos, como patines para realizar trucos de slalom o para un patinaje algo agresivo, aunque pueden ser usados como patines de paseo. Acostumbran a llevar botas ligeras pero resistentes y equipan chasis de aluminio bastante cortos por lo que son muy manejables.
9. TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines Todo Terreno: Estos patines son adecuados para patinar por el campo sin necesidad de asfalto. Normalmente equipan dos ruedas bastante grandes inflables. Su conducción es similar a la de un esquí de fondo y se recomienda el uso de bastones para mejorar la impulsión y ayudar en el equilibrio.
10. TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines de Niño: Estos patines, como el nombre indica, están diseñados específicamente para niños. Se diferencian de los patines de adulto en tener un sistema de ajuste de tallas permitiendo disponer de 3 a 4 tallas diferentes por patín, ajustándose mediante diferentes sistemas dependiendo del fabricante.
11. TIPOS DE PATINES EN LÍNEA Patines de Patinaje Artístico: Estos patines están específicamente diseñados para practicar patinaje artístico en línea. Todo y que es una modalidad muy nueva, el número de practicantes va en aumento año tras año. La técnica es muy similar a la del patinaje artístico sobre hielo. QUADS (ROLLER SKATING)
