Good morning everyone, how are you?
I’m Andre Fellipe, I’m a Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services and I’m here to have a chat with you about this: how to modernize your Windows workloads on AWS.
I will talk to you here for about 45 minutes and if you have any questions, we have a team here to answer them. So, feel free to ask that we will respond by text. When I finish the presentation here I will be in the final 15 minutes answering too.
If we receive a lot of questions and do not have time to answer, we will contact you in a second moment. The tool we use allows us to contact you later by email and respond. In short: if you have doubts, be it more technical or more commercial, feel more than invited to talk to us.
In addition, it is important to say that we have a survey at the end and your opinion is essential for us to continue improving and producing more and more interesting materials for you. Please respond and tell us what you think and what we can do better.
If you have a project and need help from our sales team, access LIVE CHAT at the link that will be shown during the webinar.
Having said that, folks, let's understand here what we mean when we talk about modernization on AWS. As I said, I am a Solutions Architect, I work especially with clients who are at the beginning of their journey in the cloud and something that draws a lot of attention is this issue of modernization, so just to make the concept official here, this is the definition that we use.
¡Hola!
In bold below, the must have points.
That’s everything, everyone. Thanks for joining us and I hope that this presentation was useful for you and your company.
As I said at the beginning, there’ll be a survey in a moment, so, please, answer and give us your thoughts on the webinar, what we can do to improve and which content you would like to see being presented it here.
Now I’ll be answering questions on the chat for a couple of more minutes.
Have a nice day!
[1] AWS has the broadest and deepest range of choices for compute platform.
[2] We have families of instances designed for virtually any workload – whether you want to optimize for raw CPU cycles, memory per CPU, even high I/O storage and powerful GPUs.
[3] Each of those instance families can be further customized, including with choice of processor, type of storage, ultra-high-speed networking, and even bare metal options.
[4] Add in other options such as Amazon Elastic Block store, and we have over 300 distinct instance types, giving our customers the most choice and flexibility when it comes to compute.
