This slide sets the stage on how large Regus really is. Trying to make them sit up and take notice that you represent a copy with a large number of resources that is actually doing a large amount of business. We also serve 400,000 customers each day around the world.
Start off by speaking about what they’re seeing in the market. Clients are looking more than ever to reduce occupancy costs and must do it with less capital, restricted access to credit. There is a flood of sublease space on the market, but that presents it’s own risks and drawbacks. Regus can address these concerns with multiple product options. Regus offices come fully furnished and equipped so they require no up front capital expenditure or build out costs. They provide flexible terms that are not found in traditional leases or subleases. With no credit requirements they’re even suitable for clients with little credit history.
This next slide puts criteria around what clients they should consider referring to you. Our goal is to make it clear from a size/term standpoint and also from those soft requirements/concerns they hear when speaking with someone. Again – it’s a what’s in it for me slide since it helps them understand that they really can help those clients they might not consider as potential business before. Graph hard to read Address – number of years is hard to read on Y axis. Orange text hard to read.
We’re easy to work with. First, I’ll be your dedicated Regus account manager. You can provide referrals to me via phone or email. I can assure you the best personal attention my clients have come to expect. Once I receive your referral I’ll work either with you or directly with your clients to understand their business needs and provide the best combination of options. I can show your clients our best available properties and work with them to meet their unique needs. Once the deal is done, you automatically receive your commission within 30 days. It doesn’t end there, since we’ll provide your client the customer service that has helped us receive a 98% satisfaction rating, they’ll come back to you when they’re ready to grow. I’ll make sure you’re in the loop as their needs change.
As your clients save money. You make more money on a typical deal with Regus. You can see that for a typical transaction involving a client needing around 2,500 square feet, you’ll earn more money, more quickly with Regus. In the first year, you earn 10% on the 12-month contract value, compared to just 5% (or less) with conventional. That means almost $6K more in the first year. While the second year you earn 2%, it’s only a difference of $2K. But in the end, you come out ahead by almost 50% more and you’ve earned it after a deal cycle of 21 days.
Your clients are saving more money. A win-win situation. The large savings come first in the in the way of set up costs – helping your clients keep more cash in the bank and eliminating the need for credit. On a monthly basis you’ll see cost savings in the areas of receptionists, shared facilities, insurance, taxes and other miscellaneous operating expenses. Note: You may be asked for specific pricing on offices. If they do, you might ask that if they have a specific client request that you hold that until the end of the meeting to go into detail so that you can provide the most accurate response.
Clients get a professional receptionist to answer calls in their company’s name and greet guests. Clients can put their logo, personalize their wall color, add artwork, everything they’d have in a traditional office. And finally we offer flexible layouts to accommodate the way their business needs to work. Both in the office and with our virtual and mobile working solutions. Highlight the amenities of your center and center team. And part of your cost savings comes with not needing to install internet and phone infrastructure, because we’ve done it for you. And you benefit from enterprise level technology from Cisco, Intel and Checkpoint to ensure reliable and secure networks with the flexibilty to accommodate your clients unique technology needs.
As we work with your clients we can add options for home and virtual or mobile working to further reduce occupancy cost and grow their business. With home working products like virtual offices, your clients can test new markets prior to opening an office. With mobile working, they can improve the way they work by providing options to workers who need a professional office but not a full time test. Our businessworld membership program is a revolutionary way for clients to cusotmize the access they need by accessing lounges in our locations to have a private office available every day in any of our centers.
And we have a great network of buildings in this area that provide not only a great choice for your clients but gives you more opportunity to do more deals in more buildings this way.
I would not spend too much time on this but this slide serves to show examples of who we’re working with and what they’re saying.
Define next steps and move to address any unanswered questions they may still have.
