2. Preposiciones sencillas de
lugar, tiempo, movimiento y
dirección.
AT: a
IN: a
FROM: Desde
TO: a, hasta
INTO: dentro de

3. Comenzaremos con el uso de la preposición AT que la utilizaremos
para expresar que ya hemos arribado a un lugar. En cambio si el
lugar al que se ha llegado se trata de países y ciudades
emplearemos la preposición IN. Cabe destacar que para decir
llegar “a casa” no pondremos ninguna preposición antes de la
palabra HOME.
 He arrived in Mexico.
Él arribó a México.
 They arrived in Paris.
Ellos arribaron a París.
 She arrives at the museum.
Ella llega al museo.
 You arrive at the Zoo.
Tú llegas al zoológico.
 I arrived home.
Yo llegué a casa.

4. Para indicar un punto de partida o el lugar de origen emplearemos
la preposición FROM, por ejemplo:
 He is from Brazil.
Él es de Brasil.
 She came from England.
Ella vino desde Alemania.
 I am from Spain.
Yo soy de España.

5. Si lo que deseamos es expresar que nos dirigimos hacia un lugar
determinado, en ese caso utilizamos la preposición TO, por
ejemplo:
 He goes to the museum.
Él va al museo.
 I went to the cinema.
Yo fui al cine.
 We go to the beach.
Nosotros vamos a la playa.
 They went to Madrid.
Ellos fueron a Madrid.

6. Y finalmente para indicar el ingreso a un lugar usaremos la
preposición INTO, por ejemplo:
 She went into her house.
Ella entró en su casa.
 They went into the bus.
Ellos entraron en el autobus.
 I come into my house.
Yo entré en mi casa.
