Human transformation of freshwater ecosystems is rapidly exceeding capacity required to sustain the conditions we need to survive and thrive. Water crises are already impacting people around the globe—from river basins in California and China, to the cities of São Palo and Bangkok. Under current population and growth trends, the 2030 Water Resources Group predicts global water demand will exceed available supply by 40 percent by 2030.
Women can be powerful allies for each other at work. Find ways to advance your female coworkers and push back against gender bias. Together, we can go further faster.
4 Things All Mentors and Mentees Should KnowLean In
Men often gravitate toward mentoring other men, so women miss out. Commit to mentor at least one woman and give her the open, honest input she needs to succeed—and remember you can be a mentor at any stage in your career!
During my last quarter in the Merchandise Marketing program at FIDM, I created a portfolio of the classes I had taken so far. This final presentation was a mock interview for an Associate Buyer job I would want to apply for post-graduation. The following presentation exhibits examples of several projects I completed, all of which have helped me in my buying career.

It’s no secret that women have historically faced greater barriers than men when it comes to fully participating in the economy. Across geographies and income levels, disparities between men and women persist in the form of pay gaps, uneven opportunities for advancement, and unbalanced representation in important decision-making.
Equity and Inclusive Growth from a Development Perspective is essential reading for development and evaluation practitioners. It provides a concise history and critical examination of the concepts related to growth, poverty, and equity. These three foundational elements of contemporary development theory and practice are at the root of The Rockefeller Foundation’s movement toward advancing inclusive economies and building resilience.
The paper offers many insights about the measurement and evaluation of programs. It illuminates the debate surrounding ways to assess well-being beyond GDP. It covers the many ways to approach the measurement of poverty and the most commonly used indexes. Finally, it examines the important distinction between equity and equality and the policy implications of pursuing equity.

a tus espaldas.
oportunidad.
5. “ESCUCHA TU PROPIO LENGUAJE”
LENGUAJE REACTIVO LENGUAJE PROACTIVO
Intentare Lo hare
Asi soy Puedo mejorar
Nada puedo hacer Examinemos nuestras opciones
control.
