El documento proporciona una introducción a la voz pasiva en inglés. Explica que la voz pasiva se enfoca más en la acción que en el sujeto, a diferencia de la voz activa. También describe cómo se forma gramaticalmente la voz pasiva usando el verbo auxiliar "to be" y el participio pasado del verbo principal, y ofrece ejemplos de oraciones activas convertidas a pasivas.
A description of the development of a scale for measuring consumer engagement with health content on websites and other digital media. We define engagement as the process of involving users in health content in ways that motivate and lead to health behavior change. Significant predictive validity with behavioral intentions and readiness to act was found in nine health content areas. The eHealth Engagement Scale may prove to be an important mediator of user retention of information, intentions to change, and ultimately efforts to undertake and achieve behavior change.

2. Passive Voice Voz pasiva
Es un recurso gramatical utilizado con mas
frecuencia en el idioma ingles, se basa en
hacer énfasis en la acción y el objeto,
pasando así el sujeto a un segundo plano, es
decir, restándole importancia.
A diferencia de la voz activa donde
enfocamos la acción del verbo en el sujeto,
la voz pasiva se usa cuando queremos dar
más importancia a la acción y no a quien la
ha realizado.
El español considera dicho recurso
gramatical una construcción más formal y
por eso más común encontrarla en los
medios escritos.
is written es escrita
It is a grammatical resource used more
frequently in the English language, is based
on emphasizing the action and the object, so
that the subject passes to the background,
that is, subtracting importance.
Unlike the active voice where we focus on
the action of the verb in the subject, the
passive voice is used when we want to give
more importance to the action and not to the
person who has done it.
Spanish considers this grammatical
resource a more formal construction and
therefore more common to find it in the
written media.
3. Passive Voice Voz pasiva
¿Cómo utilizar?
La voz pasiva se forma con el verbo
auxiliar “to be” (puede ser usado en los
diferentes tiempo) y el participio pasado del
verbo. Obviando al sujeto o colocándolo al
final si éste lo amerita.
Para transformar una oración activa a
pasiva deben tomarse en cuenta los
siguientes aspectos:
1. El objeto de la oración activa pasa a ser el
sujeto de la pasiva.
2. El verbo principal se sustituye por el
auxiliar “to be”, en su mismo tiempo, junto
al verbo principal en participio.
3. Si hacemos mención en la oración del
sujeto que realiza la acción (sujeto agente),
este irá normalmente precedido por la
preposición “by”.

How to use it?
The passive voice is formed with the
auxiliary verb “to be” (it can be used in
different times) and the past participle of the
verb. Obviating the subject or placing it at
the end if it need to.
To transform am active sentence to a
passive one, we must consider the
following aspects:
1. The object of the active sentence
becomes the subject of the passive.
2. The main verb is replaced by the
auxiliary "to be", in its same time, next
to the main verb in participle.
3. If we mention in the sentence, the
subject who performs the action, this
will normally be preceded by the
preposition "by".
