1. Ingredientes
- pechuga de pollo
-una taza de quinoa
-un puñado de chauchas
-una zanahoria
una cebolla morada
-un pedacito de apio
-dátiles almendras, castañas

Preparación
-Lavar y cocinar la quinoa , una taza
de quinoa por dos tazas de agua a la
que se lleva a hervor y luego se baja
el fuego a mínimo hasta finalizar la
cocción.
Se calienta un wok y se baja el fuego
al mínimo , se agrega un chorrito de
aceite de oliva y los vegetales , se
incorpora el pollo al final y luego se
agregan una pizca de cúrcuma, comino,
canela, jengibre, sal marina y una
cucharadita de tahine . Se incorporan
los frutos secos al final

Procedure
-Soak and roast the quinoa, you will need
two cups of water for a cup of quinoa.
Bring it to a boil and then let it simmer
over low heat with covered pot.
Heat a wok and then lower the heat and
add olive oil and the vegetables . Add the
sliced chicken at the end with the
species: turmeric, cumin,cinnamon,
ginger, sea salt and a teaspoon of tahini.
Add the dates, almonds and chestnuts at
the end.
