INICIO (20 minutos)
El docente saluda y pregunta : Good morning students!
What day is today? Today is Thursday 30th
How are you, today? Are you fine? Yes,/ no. and
How were you ,yesterday? Were you fine? Yes / no.
La docente muestra algunos flash cards de verbos para inducir el vocabulario y tema.
La docente pide a las alumnas formular oraciones en presente y escribirlas en cada
imagen.

They walk all the morning.
Your mom and you cook delicious.
My dad and bird fly in the sky.
2. You crawl on the bed.
La docente escribe las oraciones en tiempo pasado.

La docente pregunta: What is the difference between two sentences.
La docente pregunta: What is the topic today? cuál es el tema de hoy?
DESARROLLO (40 minutos)
La docente escribe el título de la clase.SIMPLE PAST TENSE OF REGULAR VERBS
La docente pide a las estudiantes que identifiquen la estructura de la oración.
AFFIRMATIVE SENTENCES:
Subject + verb in past form+ complement.
Examples: My father played football yesterday.
I walked all yesterday morning.
My dad and bird flied in the sky.
La docente explica cada una de las reglas del tiempo pasado con verbos regulares.
Most verbs add -ed Talk ------------ talked
Verbs ending in –e add only -d Dance ----------- danced
Verbs ending in a consonant + -y change the “Y” by
–ied.
Try --------------- tried
verbs with one syllable ending in one vowel + one
consonant, double the consonant before the -ed
Stop --------------- stopped
Verbs with two or more syllables ending in a
stressed vowel + one consonant, double the
consonantbefore the –ed.
Prefer -------------- preferred
Verbs ending in one vowel + L, double the L before
the –ed.
Travel -------------- travelled
But not Sail ---- sailed
