La Ley de las Herencias propone un impuesto progresivo sobre las herencias y la plusvalía con un monto mínimo exento de $35,400. El proyecto de ley fue enviado a la Asamblea Nacional por el Presidente Rafael Correa para redistribuir la riqueza a través de la justicia tributaria.
