7. FORMALICEMOS
EL HERMANAMIENTO
FORMALIZING THE TWINNING
particular.
¿Cómo comenzar
el Hermanamiento Formal?
Once the parts of the twinning are established and the first
contact is created in that both clubs agree with the same one, it is
necessary to bear in mind that one careful planning and a clear
communication are essential to establish a bond strong and
lasting.
As any other international project of Rotary/Rotaract takes
time and effort, and, make sure that every Club should under-
stand its roll and responsibilities in twinning is essential, even more,
being a long-term project and that compete commitment of both
negotiations.
To formalize the relation, the clubs will have to sign a
simple letter of agreement, which delineate the targets and the
duration of the twinning.
To use the imagination and to gather new and innovative
ideas to establish the basic and fundamental aspects, this it means,
that there does not exist the only way of taking forward the same
one, but every twinning is the only and particular.
