1.- Potencial para generar un impacto significativo en la
economía del negocio.

3.- Oportunidades de expansión o diversificación del negocio.
4.- Generación de ventajas únicas para ejercer liderazgo
tecnológico en áreas clave.
5.- Reforzar fortalezas y capacidades internas en tecnologías
o competencias críticas.
