• Our place of job is our 2dn (1st
?) place of living,
this is a very good reason to keep good relations
with each others & clean our surrounding areas,
specially restrooms, lunch and shoes room. Let’s
keep the company as we keep our family.
• El lugar de trabajo es nuestro segundo hogar (o
1ro para algunos), esta es una muy buena razon
para mantener buenas relaciones humanas entre
nosotros y para mantener limpias las areas donde
nos movemos. Cuidemos la empresa como
cuidamos de nuestra familia

Team work
• We are a team, as the engine need transmission
and others systems to obtain its goal. Any system
of a car can’t function separately from others.
• Somos un equipo, como el motor necesita de la
transmision y de los demas sistemas del camion
para lograr su objetivo, en nuestro trabajo no
podemos actuar aisladamente

• Sin duda este es el mejor trabajo para mi y
para ustedes y en esta compañia tenemos al
mejor gerente. El mejor trabajo es el que
tenemos, no los que estan afuera en otras
companias

Respect to others
• We should respect others experience but we have to
be honest about what we really know. This is not a
race to see who wins or who knows more than us.
Each one has to worry about his responsibilities in
the company, other ones is another business
• Deberiamos respetar a cada uno lo que sabe, su
experiencia, pero también debemos ser honestos
sobre nuestras habilidades. Esta no es una carrera a
ver quien gana o quien sabe mas. Cada uno debe
saber sobre su propia responsabilidad, no por la
responsabilidad de sus demas companeros

Respect the rules
• We have to respect the chain commands,
this is the rule, we can not wait from others
what we ca not give
• En todo trabajo debemos respetar la
jerarquia de mando, esta es una regla
general. Podemos pedir respeto solamente si
nosotros lo damos

Who is a professional?
• We have to do a professional job. As adults we shouldn't wait
twice job instructions. We have to recognize that we don't do
a better job if we receive a better payment. We do it well
since the first time because we are professionals. As we are
not Childs, relationship complaints are not welcome
anywhere
• ¿Quien es un profesional? En nuestra labor siempre tenemos
que hacer un trabajo profesional. Como adultos no
deberiamos esperar que nos digan las cosas dos veces. Nadie
hace mejor su trabajo porque le paguen mas dinero. Hacer
mal un trabajo solo denota lo profesional que somos. Como
adultos que somos, las quejas sobre los demas no son
bienvenidas en ninguna parte.

The power of our WORD
• Our word has a BIG VALUE even if we don’t use it in the
right way. If I say that I will do something of my job, if I
accept that I can do it, I better do it without complaint.
Otherwise I better have to be honest and say that I can not
do it or that I don’t want to do it. Our company wait from
us what we suppose to do.
• Nuestra PALABRA tiene un gran valor aunque no la
usemos de la manera correcta. Si digo y acepto que voy a
hacer una tarea, lo que la compania espera es que la haga y
sin quejas y sin que me digan 2 veces lo mismo. De otra
manera lo mejor es ser honesto y decir que no lo podemos
hacer o mejor aun que no queremos hacerlo. Nuestra
compania solo espera que nosotros hagamos lo que se
supone que debemos hacer

Both specially directions
• Sometimes there are some specially jobs that we have to
finish the same day. This is not the rule, but we have to
remember that sometimes we need an special permission of an
hour, come late to work, or a permission for a day for a
personal stuff and this is not the rule either. Both, me and the
company have sometimes specially things to do out of the
rules. This important things can’t wait to be solved the next
day
• Algunas veces hay tareas que la empresa nos pide que la
terminemos el mismo dia, esta no es la regla, pero debemos
recordar que tambien algunas veces nosotros necesitamos un
permiso especial de una hora, llegamos tarde o necesitamos
permiso de un dia para cosas personales y esta tampoco es la
regla. Tanto la empresa como nosotros, necesitamos a veces
cosas especiales fuera de las reglas. Estas cosas no pueden
esperar a que se resuelvan el siguiente dia

The art of manage consist in serve and guide to others
if they let us to help them with this, if not, maybe
someone is out of his position in the company.
Always there is a GOOD WAY to ask for something.
Help is better than orders
La habilidad de dirigir consiste en servir y guiar a los
demas, si ellos nos dejan ayudarles con eso, pero si
no es asi, muy probablemente alguien esta fuera de
su posicion en la compania. Siempre hay una buena
manera de dirigirse a los demas. Mas que en dar
ordenes a otros es ayudar
