Corona Treatment &. Plasma Treatment - The OpportuntiesFlexoGlobal
This document summarizes a presentation about surface treatment systems. It discusses corona treatment and plasma treatment. Corona treatment increases the surface energy of plastics by generating functional groups and reactive species on the surface. Plasma treatment also modifies surfaces by creating radical sites and new functional groups through reactions with plasma gases like oxygen and argon. Both treatments improve adhesion by increasing surface energy and creating sites for bonding. The presentation recommends optimizing treatments based on factors like material type and required adhesion level.

It provides the root causes and solutions for each defect to help troubleshoot conformal coating process failures and prevent issues from reoccurring. Understanding the coating type, application method, curing process, and full coating process is important to identify the root cause of defects.
This document discusses the crystallization of polyamide polymers. It explains that polyamides can crystallize from the melt upon moderate cooling or when absorbed moisture lowers the glass transition temperature below ambient conditions. The document outlines three common crystal structures - the alpha, beta, and gamma phases - that form through different cooling methods. It also explores how moisture content, temperature, and crystallinity influence various thermal and mechanical properties of polyamide 6, such as glass transition temperature, density, modulus, and barrier properties.

Saving energy with insulation.
A decisive role in modern process guidance for reducing energy consumption is played by the insulating materials used in every refractory lining.
As invisible but important components in every refractory lining, high-temperature insulating materials reduce the lining's thermal profile and thereby protect the furnace's steel shell from excesive heating effects.
With our newly developed PROLITE®, we offer our customers a highly insulating material made of biogenic silicilic acid, which combines these factors in a sustainable way.
In the carton packaging world, we mainly discuss the carton packaging issues in the packaging industry, there are multiple carton box template samples cited in the carton box design, we hope it is useful to you.
Sneha Packaging Industries manufactures corrugated sheets and boxes. Corrugated boxes are more durable than cardboard boxes, making them suitable for shipping fragile items. The sizes of corrugated boxes are measured by their inner dimensions of length, width, and height. Corrugated boards are made by passing kraft paper through heated rollers to form fluted layers, which are then glued between flat liner sheets to form lightweight yet strong packaging materials. Sneha Packaging Industries produces single, double, and triple wall corrugated boards using various flute profiles to meet customer needs.

10 Steps Towards Maximizing Global Liquidityforlkc
As companies become increasingly global, the number of banking relationships tends to proliferate, resulting in cash accumulating in multiple countries and currencies. Accessing that cash for internal purposes, whether financing seasonal working capital needs, corporate overhead, debt service, dividends, share repurchase programs or financing new ventures and acquisitions, is now more important than ever. In these times of unprecedented financial uncertainty, with the likelihood that credit will be less available and more costly in the foreseeable future, harnessing internal liquidity to reduce one\'s reliance on external funding sources may provide critical to weathering successfully the continuing storm. The corporate treasurer, seeking to become a strategic partner that truly adds value by enhancing financial performance, must look beyond the obvious. Selecting the right banking partner and designing the right banking structure for one\'s company are of paramount importance, but so too are the fundamentals of good project management, such as clarifying objectives, obtaining sponsorship, anticipating cultural resistance and combating resource constraints. This paper suggests ten thought-provoking steps to move today\'s treasurer that much closer to success in optimizing global liquidity.

NO UTILIZAR LOS MISMOS ROTULADORES USADOS PARA EL
TRATAMIENTO CORONA DEL BOPP, PE, ETC
Rotuladores recomendados:
STAEDTLER Lumocolor Art. Nr.: 350-9
TESA 51108
3M Scotch 6103M Scotch 610
EDDING 550.
