El documento describe las funciones y objetivos del Servicio Digital del Gobierno (GDS), incluyendo transformar digitalmente al gobierno, diseñar y operar servicios digitales públicos, mejorar la tecnología y habilidades digitales de los funcionarios, y siempre comenzar con las necesidades del usuario final. El GDS también busca mejorar la compra de tecnología, transformar la cultura y seguridad del gobierno, y construir una red de servicios públicos.
